Grnbrg took a bunch of pictures and posted them up pages back when he went to visit with him.  So there are miners.

Everything else you say is valid.

i'm sorry, this seems sketchy as hell. It's not so hard to simply fake a hashing page.

has anyone actually reviewed those documents wrt change in terms?

did anyoen independently confirm that lrm purchased, ordered and received those 150 th from bitfury or buzzdave?

has he produced any kind of financial documents?

forget confirming hashrate, i think it's important that you contract holders confirm LRM.

So, do you hold any contracts?

It's interesting that the loudest complaints tend to come from those with no standing.

grnbrg.

no, but your point is really immaterial.

mine stands

There are actually 3 contract holders who can confirm that I am a real person running a real company and have real hardware as they've seen it in person.  Try reading a few pages of the thread before making comments like that.

I have no doubt you are a real person, because afterall, someone has to be physically typing this message. I think it is reasonable to assume that you are correct when you write that you are indeed running a real company and have real hardware. None of that is at issue.

As I read a few pages of the thread, I notice a alarming lack of proof with regard to what your business is actually doing. There is:

zero evidence exists that LRM has miners
zero evidence exists that LRM purchased 150th from bitfure/buzzdave
zero evidence exists that LRM has deployed those miners
zero proof of ownership of any miners
zero evidence exists that LRM is hashing period
zero evidence exists that bonus dividends are proper and just
zero documentation of financials
zero prospective for the future

I think you need to consider the possibility that he is (was) a potential investor purchaser of contracts.  No one doubts you are a real person running a real company and have real hardware.  That's all we do know!  It doesn't help anyone price the contracts favourably or indeed properly.  The lack of transparency here is a bit odd, even for Bitcoin.  Just saying.

Can someone point me to LRM's hashing stats??
anyone??
That would require, you know, transparency.
Is there a reason why LRM does not provide this??
It didn't used to be this way.  We used to own bonds that represented a fixed percentage of LRM's hashrate/mining proceeds.  Using simple coercion, however, LRM was able to unilaterally change those terms (at precisely the time new mining hardware arrived, go figure).

If we knew the hashrate we'd be able to confirm the bonus % and more accurately value our bonds contracts (still with an appropriate the-bonus-for-any-particular-week-is-not-guaranteed discount, of course).  For reasons unknown to me, LR doesn't want this.  So we have to guess at the hashrate using the bonus as a very, very rough measure.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

TL;DR: There is no good reason (though I suspect LR will say, "unspecified legal reasons that I could not divulge even if I knew what they were"). Grin

I'm not getting the bonuses. Please instruct. Thanks. Btcminer627.

As I mentioned in PM, you need to either email [email protected] and request that your existing contracts be converted to the new April 25th contract, or send me a signed message (signed with your LRM Bitcoin address) indicating that request, and I will forward it to Lab_Rat.

An independent miner.
In my experience the best aspect of ever dealing with BFL was becoming acquainted with Lab Rat Mining. Josh Zerlan and crew can suck on a bag o' d*cks. <- That says ducks by the way Wink

Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do.
Nope, not yet.  I'm really hoping for the best, but expecting the worst...

That makes two of us
