So if there is no more contact from anyone at Labcoin then the shares can't migrate over to another exchange right?

0.0002 is certainly NOT cheap.
If they can buyback by 1/5 of IPO price, this is recovered. So it is cheap. We should know that they've earned a lot from these shares. They can easily buyback the share based on market price. But now we need to find them.
