Are you seriously saying they are not a scam because they didn't ask enough? 7500 BTC is one of the biggest IPOs in history.
Who would risk their lives for massive amounts of jail time for $700,000, are you mentally retarded?
Scam or not, more than one million shares were sold. That's well known and on its own 1-4k BTC.
Labcoin was profitable for me, because I followed this very simple strategy: set an alarm for new posts made by Swede or Sam in the Labcoin thread, evaluate, get in, get out as soon as the momentum stagnates and don't hold. The volatility was awesome!
And now imagine you are the one controlling this event-trigger/the one who publishes news and announcements. Just a very wild guess, but I would safely assume you could have extracted way more than 7k. Of couse you can't conclude that this is what happened, only because it could have happened, I'm just pointing out that the end of IPO doesn't necessarily mean the end of potential coin milking.
Background info on Alberto Armandi, whose connection for whatever reason to Fabz and Alessia is also well known, too: he was
exposed and is seemingly not in jail.
Estimated guess made in 2012 of the value he made during earlier scams: 25k BTC.
