No joke. I have several e-mails with Sam aka Alberto over the past few months. The reply i received yesterday was from a e-mail sent a while ago so i was surprised that he would reply back after some time has passed.
Any screenshots? You know as well as I that on the internet nothing is true until a screenshot is provided. Even though I am also joining the lawsuit and have nothing positive to say about the fraudsters, I won't eat up any claim about anything.

he is busy working on his next scam and doesn't like to be disturbed...
there are so many bitcoiners who believe they are above the law.
funny thing is.. its easier for the law to see you when you are up there on your high horse.
the guy clearly is an idiot that deserves the full punishment of the law.
that's why I held my shares in labcoin.. just to sit and watch him go down.
the guy from ActiveMining is starting to get cocky too it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was the next one to run off with peoples money..

OK, so the FINAL deadline to join is 28 Jan 10.00 am GMT, about 12h from now, after that the lawyer will not take on any more people to the complaint, and then he can finalize it for the police.

I suggest again to contact the Italian fiscal police, just in case.This<[email protected]> should be the address, though I'm not sure if they handle English too.

Yes, even if nothing is to be gained. Hunting down fraudster to clean up this community, and act as a deterrent to others, is worth it.+1
I lost more than i thought but in order to let scammers know that the bitcoin community has jaws i will invest more to bite him really hard.

Send a pm to virtualspade (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=144825) stating your amount of shares. He should answer you back with instructions (the deadline for submitting complaints was last friday, but they might be flexible on this).
Normally you should calculate how much BTC you have spent (buying shares), how much you gained (selling shares + dividends), subtract the later to the former to calculate loss and send this along with an ID scan to the Italian lawyer.

Hey Jimmy, Burnside should have sent you your API to you registered BTCT mail. From there you just download CVS files, open them in Excel and add some formulas. Very quick.

For Cryptostocks, Kumala made it more complicated as your account only shows the last 50 transactions. Had to go through mails and manually enter the infos for the remaining trades/dividends.

I dn't have shares of crapcoin anymore but should i get involved? because i once was a shareholder but I'm not sure if its worth the ffort.... is this going to make me rich? I sold my shares to someone else since i saw the ship going down.... so should i participate or not? IDK T_T

After all, if he sold the shares when their value was tanking because it was suspected to be a scam, why should he hold no claim?
Sure, he sold to some higher fool, but still he was damaged by the scam.
