Holy Jesus are you on medication? Anyone following this insane guys advice deserves to loose their money tbh. lmfao!

Yeah, they should follow the advice of an expert "merchant banker" like yourself, telling people to sell their shares 1 week before mining begins because the share price is going to tank.

The main shitty thing about Labcoin is that they seem to be incapable of answering ANY technical questions asked about their chips (even though they promised to have lead developer answer questions countless times).

How come we haven't seen anything what the PCBs design or the development of it looks like? since theyre only going to sell chips what is the harm in showing us what the PCB used for their own farm will look like? A first version of the PCB design must have been ready for weeks.

How are they planning to remove all the heat the chips obviously will generate? BFLs 65nm chip has about the same power draw (~12.5 Watt, and everyone know how much it takes to keep those chips cool, and their chips got an exposed heat pad.

Compare this to how transparent Friedcat or Bitfury were doing the development of their chips...

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/friedcat-49840  - Friedcat keeping investors up to date every step of the fabrication process with very technical details
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitfury-58469  - Bitfury (google translate russian posts)

They've already had one Q&A, in IRC. They are supposed to be getting their PCBs soon, and presumably will post pictures when that's done. Obviously their priority is getting their chips up and working, not answering questions in a thread.

If you had attended that Q&A yourself, like I did, then you would know what a joke of a Q&A it was.. It was basically an assistant to the developer copy pasting publicly known data.

Quote
from vbs: "For that to be possible, not only each Labcoin core would have to be ~42% smaller [65/130*(6.5^2)/(7.1^2)] than each BFL core but also the Labcoin chip would magically operate at a higher frequency (300MHz vs 250MHz) while keeping the same power draw..."
i remind you guys that the bitfury chip has up to 750 cores
how many cycles per hash?
they also use the same approach, we chose this design because one of our guys was close to bitfury developments 2 months ago
how many cores on average per chip, what is your assumption
i'll  pass the questions i can't reply to the lead developer
--> hammurabi ([email protected]) has joined #labcoin
<-- eleet has quit (Ping timeout: 240 seconds)
After this Q&A is completed, can you take a couple of photos from your lab environment  / screen shots on chips software and upload to bitcointalk thread or for one of us to upload if you dont have permission yet?
i am not familiar with such low-level details, sorry, i will get a detailed reply from the lead dev about this

maybe this has been answered, why is there a nominee director? ( acting directors are directors, those you pay to be directors for your company are normally called nominees)

There's no 27k sell order on the stock history page.

Only a complete clueless idiot would sell that amount in one go - someone like you maybe lolz

Uh huh. I doubt you've ever placed a "big money" order in your life.  And, by the way - how much have you lost in ActiveMining shares over the last few days?  You're obviously just jealous about how well Labcoin has done compared to ActM and ASICMiner.   There's no reason whatsoever to expect a selloff, you're predicting one based on "technical analysis" b.s. that might as well be astrology.

Why don't you tell us so exactly how low you expect the stock to go in the next 72 hours, so we can all ignore you when it goes nowhere near that price.

It's not that people want out of AM or ActM, it's just that LC has the best profit potential in the short term. Selling other stock to buy LC is just the logical choice for those who want to make profit. Between now and November, price is likely to increase around 10x, at which point, the smart people will sell their shares, buy ActM and profit from its rise in share price when they get their chips. Then they'll sell those shares and buy whatever they actually want.

Meanwhile, the fanboys will keep their shares in the company they worship and miss out on both opportunities to make massive profits.

Wrong. The smart people will buy AM as LC goes up x10.  This way they get their profit and then into AM where prices should be temporarily low.

ActM has no future. You heard it from me.

it amazes me how much time and effort FUDsters spend here trying their best to put down Labcoin...
Doesn't anyone stop and think WHY...Huh
oh.. oh.. that's right... they are trying to help us from loosing our BTC before the big crash...
oh.. oh.. I forgot... these noobs new to the bitcoin world really know what they're talking about and really care for us STRANGERS...

Seriously, even if there was a big crash and it went all the way down to 0.001 that just puts most IPO investors back to square, back to where we started... nothing lost.

Seriously just have a look at what's the reality here ActM and AM shares have gone south for one main obvious reason... They want Labcoin.  This isn't FUD just have a read in their threads, their main topic is how they can sell their shares to make big profits buying Labcoin.

edit:  sorry forgot to mention...
        WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY

You are right. If Labcoin can maintain 1% it will inspire a huge amount of confidence whilst our competitors are either not hashing or declining network percentage every day (AM)

People want out of the falling beast AM and into a new contender Labcoin. Next week will be huge!

Unfair but the best way to have LC shares @ best price. I can understand that but I agree with you.

call me biased but you are all going to be wiped out by the immanent sell off. its coming.

Care to bet on it?

He must have thought he was posting in the ActM thread as his comment makes perfect sense for a company that will be stuck at 430 GH/s till November.

why would anyone sell a stock that has gone up 300% and has been bashing against a wall for almost two weeks? mmmm lets see...

For the same reason that they'd buy a stock that has dropped 50% in the past two weeks - they're silly and don't do the maths.
