I can confirm that 17, 18 and 19-th of November were "false positive" downtimes. The rest (before and after those three days) of the time statistics is real.

I am back
just got my astrill work again
the damm vpn always have problem these days
the mail to collect host fee will send soon
the downtime reported in our system is not correct this month, most of the down time it report donot caused by the real downtime
most of them is leaded by the failure of our system  and make it is very difficult to pay compensation
anyone can help me here to report the real down time of s7 and s5?


I had about 25 32  hours total.  I checked my f2pool stats twice a day.

Your totals on your stats page had me down over 100 hours most  of that was wrong.

I paid in full for the 1 machine and asked for 1 day back like 3 bucks usd.

I had 20 S5s running here with Li and his team from January to October...I used this offline miner form to report down miners:

I would also send email to [email protected] and [email protected]

Sometimes responses would be slow but they always fixed the issues.

I have zero speed, and on the site http://www.sprocess.com:10000/ i can't find any s5 !!!!!
Also weird part is, i never received a payment mail of october.


Does anybody know, what's going on ?

When someone with stats like mine is asking for info update via PM and e-mail, find a time to respond. I believe You have no time, but reading BITMAIN warranty conditions and not having any response from You makes me feel totally screwed.

What is the status with S7 repair? Am I the only one with defective S7 till now? Do You know what was the defect? If it was because of small heatsinks falling other users are reporting, maybe You should think of positioning S7s in Your farm in a way that board with glued heatsinks will be at the horizontal top position.

yes, your s7 is the only one that canot be repaired by our farm, so we have to ship it to bitmain to repair, i will ask bitmain to ship it back as soon as the repairment is completed
