the internet connection have some problem at that time, and lead to 3-4 hours downtime. we will compensate if all downtime exceed promised 14 hours each month.

so the monitor page is showing your miners are up but your pools show no activity.
then make sure to record the downtime and let lee know at the end of the month when he pays out the compensation for downtime. he is very fair.

the monitor page is usually 2 hours behind reporting miners down. supposedly it reports miners down for the same duration after the miners are back up and running. this was my experience when i had miners with lee.
Now it is almost 3 hrs and 30mins and monitor page with no change.

what is the current price of hosted S7? bitmain decreased pricing, but it is listed as 1980 (admittedly with PSU, but of the slower batch) here.
