~snip~
I have no idea how Napoli did not score in this match. Napoli had a lot of chances to score. Unfortunately, they missed a lot of their shots. I really do not understand how they managed to miss the chance to score in the 28th minute, to be honest. I don't know if that was actually a chip or a shot. Looked like the player was rushed by the goalkeeper and he was indecisive and that's why it was something in the middle of a chip and a shot. Anyway, Juventus also had more chances to score. But that was definitely a great header by Gatti.

There is kind of pressure that will occur when you have to play against team that is strong or feels much better and this kind of condition is experienced by all Napoli players, especially after experiencing crushing defeat against Inter Milan.
And from here Napoli tries to play slowly so that Juventus didn't get the same wins as Inter.
But in the end Juventus had one advantage which they were able to maintain until the match was over and even though there were many opportunities from both teams, each team was also unable to produce good goal.
Napoli players experienced mental pressure about whether each kick would result in goal and this was what created doubts that led to phase of not focusing on what they had to do.
In terms of the game, it was clear that Napoli were taking control with more of tendency to play defensively or to really dominate the match, but they failed to dominate the attack properly.
Even Juventus were able to score goals under Napoli control of the match, this was defeat they should not have had but in reality Juventus were better at creating opportunities and taking advantage of them.
Until now, Napoli are still trying to recover, but they need lot of time to realize this effort.
Maybe adding some players in the front line in the next transfer window could be good effort.
