In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?
Someone who want more money should be ready for more risk. The higher your risk, the higher your profit chances. I will prefer to invest in cryptocurrency and take whatever risk involved in it. Every investment has its own risk. Real estate and cryptocurrency are alike because they both appreciate in value but the value of crypto may sometime reduce. There is no guarantee that the higher the risk the higher the profit, it all depends on how you strategize and plan your investment.

Usually, big profits are accompanied by big risks in terms of investment, business and anything that gives more output, there is a big risk.
For me who is still relatively young, I will take both in real estate or crypto, because in my opinion they are both investments for the future. But for now I invest more in crypto which has a higher risk of loss, as well as the benefits compared to real estate, which I have managed so far, not so much profit.
You must have well-established financial management and a calm mentality in dealing with the pressures of risks that may strike you both in crypto and in real estate in the event of a natural disaster.
Ideally, it would be to diversify your investment portfolio, but it seems to me that this is worth doing when your capital becomes large enough.

Real estate, precious metals, cryptocurrencies are diverse areas that could well reduce the risks for you. But when the capital is small, at first we can choose what can bring us a big profit, although the risks will be higher.

There is money to be made in real estate, the problem with youths of nowadays is they lack patience, the old men are so patience with investment that's why they made it big with Real estate, it is not easy with Real estate compare to crypto because you will have to wait for years to see huge returns, unlike crypto that sometimes takes few month or a year, Real estate investment is a waiting game.

I myself prefer investing in digital currency when compared to investing in real estate. the risks involved investing in crypto are very vulnerable, but the rewards are also greater in crypto I think than in real estate. I think there are many advantages to investing in crypto, we don't need and are not busy completing various administrations for our needs.

Investing in real estate is not for old people, it is very every age provided you can afford it. The difference between crypto and real estate as we all already know is volatility. Not everyone has the heart and stomach for such high risk investment.
You can also do both to have a Plan B in case of any unforseen circumstances. Having a second option is always good and can be a life saver.

I think depends on your age. Better is a combination of both always. There is obviously a meter of your life, in early ages with lesser responsibilities you have the bandwith to take more risks without any worries but eventually there will be a time when you won't have that much risk aversion. So take risks at the right time in your career so that even if things go wrong you have a lot of buffer time to regrow yourself.

Aside the age and the ability to take risk, I think the capital you have is also a factor. Real estate demands a lot of capital. So I can equally say more capital means more risk but that does not always translate to more profit. It is advisable to invest in different things instead of just sticking to one. So you don't have to choose between bitcoin and Real estate, you can invest in stock too amongst others but try to have knowledge in whatever you're investing in. I think older people are willing to take all that risk on real estate is because they can see it and they understand it. If crypto was something they could see they would have taken the risk in it too.

All types of investments always have the same trend, for example if we want big profits then the risk is also big, conversely if we want small risks then don't ever think you can make big profits, the presence of cryptocurrencies is a good thing because you can manage finances or investments according to our expectations, If previously we relied on banks, with cryptocurrencies all intermediary functions are gone and we are in full control.

The only thing is that if you go on big risk and big rewards is that you need to gain more knowledge of it. Meaning most people are going to this and they are trying to lower the risk by gauging knowledge and preventing losses. It is like trading the risk are big but you can lessen them if you know how to read the chart and you have your own strategy that is why people wants big risk and reward but there are still people who prefer to those low risk and be contented with them.

Investment will always be in line, the higher the risk, the higher the profit opportunity, and if the type of investment is low risk, such as stocks, property, gold or something else, then don't ever expect to get big profits, for me investing in types that are at high risk are better and have better opportunities to change our lives, if I already have assets of tens of millions of dollars then I will use a low-risk type of investment.
Very realistically, it can be said that those who are investing in cryptocurrencies are those who take risks in search of high returns. Honestly, I don't have enough money to invest in real estate, and crypto is my choice, I take risks to get higher and faster returns. But if one day I have enough money, I will also consider investing in less risky assets. Real estate is still the safest investment, I think everyone knows that, but unfortunately, it is not for small capital investors like us.

If comparing both Crypto and real estate about its risk real estate has a lower risk because the land and house you are selling is that value overtime is increasing but the risk on this is that you need to have maintenance if there are houses and also you need to pay tax, unlike bitcoin that we can say it is some sort of passive as you just hold it but it not the same with real estate that you can beautify it if it loses value. We have our own preference others want bitcoin and others want real estate.

Investing in bitcoin is also taxable, many countries already have regulations and taxes on people who invest in crypto unless you want to avoid taxes when investing in bitcoin. In my country, it's not very expensive to maintain the house, and you don't have to do it every year, we only do it every 5-7 years, and I think that's insignificant because it's where we live.
As I said, people choose to invest in bitcoin to make big profits, if bitcoin becomes more stable, I would love to know if people still invest a lot in bitcoin or not. Bitcoin's appeal remains its profitability, not its technology.

It's true that in general a real estate investment is going to be less risky than crypto currencies, but with renting out a house or apartment we are also not going to make big profits. The income from real estate usually comes through steady rent income over a long period of time. Rent income goes up with the cost of the property, it's hard to justify higher rent if all the cost remain constant or even drop. That is why I would always recommend for people to own both crypto and real estate. When building an investment portfolio we should try to combine as many different asset classes as possible to lower the overall risk profile of our portfolio. Owning some real estate for a steady income is good, on top of that we should invest in crypto currencies for higher returns. Also we shouldn't put all our money only into one coin, spreading out across multiple projects would be much better.

In my opinion, investments having higher risks doesn’t always turn out to yield high profits and vice versa. And real estate does have its own risks. It’s not as straight forward or easy as one may think. That said, I think real estate investments could be considered as a somewhat stable investment that could be bringing in income steadily. I would say most people would think stability is more ideal, don’t you think? And I think most people would feel a lot safer to invest in something that’s stable rather than something that’s volatile

That’s why the need for diversification is reinforced again. It’s not a bad idea to spread your investments across so called lesser and higher risky investments

if I could choose between crypto and real estate, maybe I would choose both. Real estate requires a large amount of capital, but if we can analyze it, I think it will also have a large profit. Many people are rich from the real estate business in my country, they form new neighborhoods with many units, and finally revive the surrounding environment. it's different with cryptocurrencies, we are with as much capital as we can, profits can reach hundreds or even thousands of percent is normal, but big risk because of the volatility

I think depending on the strength of the main capital held, profits from Real Estate are not as fast as those obtained in Cryptocurrency, of course the risks are also greater. There is nothing wrong with adopting the way of investing some rich people who are old. Now the times are growing, investment media are also more varied. Millennials are more inclined to look at Cryptocurrency investments than Real Estate, some of my friends say the Cryptocurrency process is faster than Real Estate.
Without any risk we can never achieve success, the greater the risk taken the greater the opportunity to get big profits, the choice is in each individual.

You must understand that history never repeats itself, real estate was way cheaper decades ago compared to what we have now, so those which invested in real estate back then made a fortune, but the same cannot be said for those that are investing now which are buying at inflated prices, now I am not saying that you should stay away from real estate, what I am saying is that it is not as easy as it was back then, so if you are young you need to save your money and pick some assets in which to invest, and without a doubt the best asset in which we can invest now is bitcoin.

Investment should be focus on less risk and big profit or moderate even if it will take time but young lads today lack this view. The old men we see that are rich got to that stage at a particular stage in their life, some already in 40s and 50s but it surprise me that you see less than 20 years old want to be the next Elon musk and Joz bezoz because he want to live life to impress others. That's the problem with the young generation of today's, they don't picture the long term reward, there objective is to get rich quickly and at the end of the day, they don't make anything meaningful as investment.

It cannot be denied that real estate investment is the safest and most profitable classic investment, real estate prices will always rise, even if the location is strategic then in less than 5 years it can increase by more than 200%, if we have a lot of money then it's time to make real estate a top investment priority.

Op I completely agreed with your general observation of yours about the older generation investment statistics but I would like to mention that Less risk and Big Profit are like two different entities which cant come together forever such as Day & Night both of these cant stay together similar to that the investment which had good return and less risky can't exist if it does then it cant stay longer. Yes there is the exception of their existence but they can't exist for a longer time span for the day and night case Evening and Morning justify their existence but it does justify their short life as well.

Hope you got it.

I would love to pick a time even if it's short when we can enjoy both of these qualities in BTCBTC but for now, the time is ending it stayed a bit longer then expected but you cant say it never existed so now its the ending time a full bright day or full dark night is going to be started where one of the quality will stay and other had to go and i damn sure that its a bright day starting bTC already hit $26K.
