I generally leave some local cash (Turkish lira) for buying/selling goods. Its banned to use other currencies here in transactions. I buy some Swiss franc, gold and american dollars to protect myself, I see them as safe cash era. And after these, some portion of my money is on different types of cryptocurrencies. I see all crypto as average to high risk. But I tend to prefer Bitcoin and Ethereum over others, so I am not very much risk taking type of investor/trader.

I personally have entered both. and my biggest investment is in terms of low risk. like properties and such. but as a young person I realize that we also need to keep up with the times. and so it is in the world of investment. so I am also currently investing in crypto which of course I realize this has a big risk. But commensurate with the potential offered.

to achieve success sometimes we have to dare to take bigger risks. But still with careful calculations and still using money specifically designated for this.

having more than one backup plan is what i always do. so is investment.

It might be hard acquiring a fortune in Real Estate as it takes time to generate profits but with crypto, big profits with less time are possible which makes the risk very ornamental. So for me, I would love diverse my investment in Real Estate someday, but that can be talked about when I've made fortune in crypto. To summarize it all, big risk it is for me
That means you also like the two investment models right?
It's not bad for both of them even though they have different ways of maintaining it and also different in terms of risks.

But if you can be really consistent with your investment in crypto and any profit you get from the crypto you can collect to invest again in Real Estate, you will find extraordinary success in the future because not everyone can afford it do that at the moment. So try to invest consistently and also be patient to get better results and never feel panic when there is a downturn in the market.

In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?
Less risk, by all means less risk. I think it's quite obvious that we are looking at something that is quite terrible in the long run because we are looking at something that promises that big profit but at the end of the day we are not going to end up with anything that is going to be profitable at all and will crash instead.

I know that the hype and the feeling of making a 10x return excites people a lot, and the potential for that makes you want to actually cause a lot of return and profit, but that doesn't mean that you are going to actually get it, you may end up losing all of your money. This is why less risk is always better because at least the return will have more possibility.

Before investing in real estate, you must have a lot of money. Not all young people have it. I prefer young people now to invest in crypto because they can invest whatever amount they have so that it won't be difficult for them and they can arrange when to continue investing.

Every investment has obvious risks, including real estate and crypto but in crypto, these investments can provide more opportunities to earn big profits because we know how bitcoin moves. Meanwhile, for investment in real estate, we may be constrained by the initial capital to get started.

In life, the ultimate financial goal is to own a property or a house.

Sadly current generation are stuck with inflation that outpace stagnant or laggard salaries. Even rentals are taking a larger slice of the expenditures pie especially in cities.

While crypto is a more "viable" form of investment, not everyone could stand seeing their profits enter the red and green zones repeatedly. They might sell before the profit season and get jaded pretty quickly.
If the younger generation can be more active in looking for other sources of income, they can survive inflation and maybe even be able to help friends or family who are in need. I have seen several young people who have been able to get out of trouble and they are the ones who are aware that technology has now become a part of life. And some of them have started trying to invest in crypto and even with limited capital, they can get profits that can change their lives.

And those who can endure with great patience and try to invest in crypto realize that crypto is not a quick money scheme that can happen overnight. They only tried to survive for a while before selling it when the bull run season came and gave them big profits.

The chance of survival is when you realize that you needed to adjust and adopt whatever in front of you, just like how you describe those young generation who start their investment with crypto, people who place their money with their understanding, they are not here for a quick return but they are here to try doing their best to earn decent compensation.

If you are into this investment, you can earn but not in the way where many people mistakenly think that it was a sweet and easy journey.

You need to spend time for you to gain knowledge that you need to equipt yourself in order to survive.

Hopefully, more young generations will realize the opportunities of crypto that they can use to survive the difficulties they will face and also equip themselves with the knowledge that can be obtained from anywhere. Today, they can get that knowledge easily and if they want, they can overcome every problem and have something like an investment that can work well for their lives.

And as long as they don't give up if they don't succeed, one day they'll see that the process they're doing right now doesn't lie to what they've done. They will see it when they have managed to survive and achieve what they want.

Every business or investment has its own type of risk. There's none without it. Otherwise, it won't be business. It would be a walk in the park. Those old rich people you referred to invested in real estate when they did because that was the trendy business or investment there was then. It wasn't because such an investment didn't have those who also lost money in it. Haven't we seen real estate destroyed by earthquake or flood? Haven't we seen landed properties gutted by fire or other unforseen disasters? Haven't we seen people being sold uncleared and scam estates?

I believe investment pattern goes with trends. In this modern time, investment is gradually shifting from offline to online, from tangible goods to the abstract. If anyone feels they can cope with the hassles of the real estate type of investment, they should go for it. Don't just go into something because others are rushing into it. Understand first what you want to go into before proceeding.

The thing is, not all people who wants to be a real estate agent can sell property most of them took months or years before having a client, it is not good actually for passive since if you are a beginner you will less likely to have clients, if your are talking about selling and buying lands and property then yes less risk but it will take some time, crypto is for all as long as you have internet yes it is volatile and more risky but all in both are good investment.

As you said, the greater the profit, the greater the risk we will bear, such a pattern will always exist. I am a person who is not selective in investing, whether it is a small profit with a small risk, or with a lot of profit with a big risk. Many say don't keep our money in one place, and one of what I do is invest anywhere, be it real estate or cryptocurrency. I also won't forbid people from investing anywhere because there are indeed many choices in this era. With the times, we have to keep abreast of it, but that doesn't mean we have to abandon the types of investments that were popular before today.

Frankly, we're on a bitcoin forum, so people will choose to invest in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies over real estate, even though we all know the risk is greater.

Currently, I do not have too much money, so investing in real estate will face some difficulties as well as the profit it brings is quite small compared to what I want. I will choose to invest in crypto at this stage, but if my investment is successful, then I will allocate most of my assets to real estate and only a small part to invest in assets risk.

This is a relative comparison, when the capital is rather big I prefer the lower risk over the high profit while when the capital is relatively small I prefer the higher profit over the high risk.

In general, if the capital is small and you invest in one of the Shitcoins, the risk will be low mainly because the amount is small, but the probability of profit can be high because some Shitcoins can fly 10X.

It is better that there be some kind of balance between profit and risk, whether in real estate or cryptocurrencies without high risk, there will be no high profit.

As the world evolves, it cannot be denied that there're more opportunities to join investments almost everywhere. Right now as simple as counting numbers, you can easily access and learn about kinds of investment virtual or non virtual, unlike before that you'll need to seek for a professional before learning the process of investing.

As they say, huge risks equals to huge profit, but the problem is, can they handle the consequences after? Just because it is easy to ride the waves now, it doesn't mean it's easier to overcome the results of their actions. Playing safe is by far most recommended from the "old men" for the younger ones. It is safe but somehow because of this reason why younger men wants to seek challenge and thrill. A reason like low profit or less risky doesn't matter that much to them but, battle against boredom triggers the young adults to gamble. This is one of the things I've noticed my fellow young adults, coz it's easier for them to get bored now that they have easier access to things.

You could say that it is absurd or they've taken for granted what those old people considered precious, but that's just how they are right now. Didn't you guys noticed that some easily broke down after problems today? Unlike before that people are like gladiators who gets up everytime they fall.

Investment will always be in line, the higher the risk, the higher the profit opportunity, and if the type of investment is low risk, such as stocks, property, gold or something else, then don't ever expect to get big profits, for me investing in types that are at high risk are better and have better opportunities to change our lives, if I already have assets of tens of millions of dollars then I will use a low-risk type of investment.

for young people and just starting their career buying real estate is impossible, so it's better to take small investments that provide consistent profits first such as buying mutual funds, stocks, crypto in small quantities and collected.
then we can do another step after that.
It's not impossible for adults youth to start investment with real estate, everything depends on the strategies of the person and how much the person have to start up the business, no investment is hard or impossible to start when you have the finances, so their is one theory that stipulate that " Think big and Start small" the impossibility to start real estate investment to adult youth is when you have a bias mind when going to investment, what I know i will encourage anyone who wants to kick off a business is to scrutinised or examine that particular business sometimes before going into it, but less than that, their no business that's not achievable unless haven't strategies on the possible means to make it turn to realities.

The main idea is to create fundamental investments that will bring you a stable income. Yes, real estate is a longer journey and dividends may be less, but it is a more stable investment and in the end, selling the property itself will also return you a lot of money invested.

Therefore, it would be good in an ideal strategy to split your investments, if finances allow it, to direct the bulk to real estate and a smaller part to riskier investments, but if the investment budget is small, then you will have to decide where to invest, since small money will not help you invest in real estate.

Today's real estate market is only for those who have a lot of money, it can be said that it is only for the rich, and those with little capital to invest, such as students or office workers, workers...They don't seem to have many opportunities to invest in real estate or gold, and the profits from there can't help them achieve bigger dreams. I will choose to invest in cryptocurrency, and take risks to achieve greater achievements, and I also believe that cryptocurrency will be one of the mainstay financial markets in the future.
Exactly my thoughts as well. It will take an enormous initial capital to invest in real estate and make big profits but in crypto, you can make consistent low capital investment and you may accumulate your small gains over a period of time. Although one is less risky than the other, money can still be lost when investing in the two options.

IMHO, it's wise and proven to follow that path of investing in real estate but don't just limit yourself to being a young person to that investment. There are younger ones that are willing to take more risks since they can still do that while failure won't be matter to them at an early stage of their lives. In reality for real estate, will require any investor a huge amount of money to start whether it's a cash purchase or through a mortgage and only young people that are born with silver spoons can afford to do that. So for those starting young professionals, they really have to start somewhere and invest elsewhere first but they should put it on their list to invest if they are ready in real estate.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?
I don't understand the first sentence but going on, I'd choose to be on both boats. I've taken much and less risk so it's an easy thing to deal with.
