We’re talking about real estate and crypto here which I believe we should have both because if you have your rental properties, that can give you passive income and in the future its value increases. This kind of investment might be boring to many but to some, this is a process that they love to spend with. You can also go for crypto if you are more active investor or trade but its also good to diversify, so go take that risk either for a higher return or lower return, profit is still a profit.
The truth of the matter is the more risk you take the bigger profit you make, everything we do in life involves taking of risk, it takes risk to even sleep and wake up the next morning sound and healthy, anyone that is not ready to take risk is not ready to be successful or let's say make profit in what he or she is doing. So I will go with more risk big profit because that is goal, the goal of every one investing is to make a big profit or we take the risk and make the profit.

If you're looking for a more stable, long-term investment with a lower risk of loss, real estate may be a good option to consider. Real estate can offer steady cash flow through rental income, as well as potential appreciation in property value over time. However, investing in real estate typically requires a significant upfront investment and can require ongoing maintenance and management. Cryptocurrency, on the other hand, can be more volatile and risky, but also offers the potential for higher returns.
Real estate is a great investment that provides a steady flow of income, especially now with the worldwide housing crisis. However, it requires great capital that most of us can't afford, but it's a lifelong commitment that eventually pays off. Under certain circumstances, it can be redeemed as low-risk. Personally, I'd rather have a low-risk investment that yields smaller rewards than take major risks, although this is a generalization and it depends on the type of investment.

I agree with wajik-tempe, cash flow is very important in building wealth and investments in rental properties give a steady monthly cash flow which you can reinvest in another property. I love real estate, it’s a good way to build wealth if you know what you’re doing. There are ways you could buy rental properties without using any of your own money. Unfortunately, we don’t have such luxury with crypto investments.

I can still remember the stories of my old relatives comparing the past and the present. They say that during their younger years, a man is not measured by his profession or job but his land. During their time, a farmer who hasn't reached high school but has a vast land will most probably be more attractive to a lady than a professional who has a university degree and has a stable job. Wealth is measured by land and not by monthly salary.

My point is that things have changed now. An old man might find it puzzling how his grandchild prefers to heavily invest in something like Bitcoin rather than a farm, or a young child quitting school to pursue a possible career playing an online game, or a university graduate leaving his job to focus on his/her side hustle.

The generation difference itself can answer the question that you seek for, old men which means they made money in the 20th century like atleast in 1990s and later which was the era of real estate until 2008 that period ended the golden days of real estate and from that some parts of the developing cities still appreciate the land value but it's not same as in the olden days. So following the olden path will not be effective with current era.

Investment in bitcoin also should not be the ultimate goal since we are talking about investment don't put all your eggs in one basket, just diversify into multiple sector with different risk factors.

Investing in real estate, in my opinion, is more profitable, of course, if your place of residence is not included in the seismic zone if you look at recent events. In the same way, do all young people have enough money to buy real estate right away? It is for young people, since their age allows them to make long-term investments, it is wiser to regularly buy Bitcoin, and wait for their finest hour to purchase real estate in the future. We are all shaping our future in one way or another. When we are young, we build a name for ourselves, and later the name should work for us. In other words, by earning capital today, in the future, we will live on it.

Old rich people, the question is how much is their investment worth?
I think they differ in terms of capital levels, their small percentage of profits is probably enough to feed us for 5 years. By and large, established investors are less greedy in their pursuit of big profits, they're more likely to have steady profits that allow them to sleep well every night.

In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?
For now I'm running an investment with a large level of risk because on the one hand I am also very tempted by big profits. And for the steps that have been taken by old, rich people, I also see and I trace them well because as long as I can still use the steps they have done in the past for now, then I will always use those steps too. now to support my investment. Because I am also very happy when I can invest in several different methods with different risks and benefits.

which real estate gonna give you tremendous return, I guess there are next to none mainly because those rich people that you're speaking about are having the good timing, back then real estate pricing wasn't this much inflated, surely the method of being rich has now changing so following the path of those rich means might not make you rich at all, right now it's all about being smart, basically smart enough to score some massive profit within short amount of time, and smart enough to know the opportunity, investing in project that's in technology is the way, real estate investment is when you're already rich enough, if you still have relatively small amount of money, there's very few way you could become rich honestly.
so forget about investing in real estate unless you're some kind of descendant of some rich parents, otherwise you're just wasting your time, but take it with grain of salt, after all that's just my 2 cents, it could be wrong.
It's exactly as you've described. In my country there aren't that many chances to join real estate business not unless you have big amount of money. They even offer REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (REIT), for small time or regular people to participate in real estate business, but what's the catch? If you only depend on that initial investment for sure you'll only earn a little bit, so in short you still need to buy more if you have an extra cash to earn bigger stake of that company. It's just the same as usual like traditional investments.

Why not aim for both?  It is a win-win if we can find an investment that has less or manageable risk but can offer a big profit.  I think looking at Bitcoin's history, Bitcoin can offer both.  Investing in the right time lessens the risk and selling at the right time increases the profit.  We are expecting a 761% profit on Bitcoin when it breaks its ATH on 2025 if we invest today.  Regardless of whether hitting the target percentage or not, we all know that Bitcoin will surge after the Bitcoin halving so we might expect a 100% plus profit in a short period of 1 year.  And it is huge in terms of traditional investment.

Well I think people invest due to latest happening, it's very hard to see young people venture into real estate rather wanting to go into cryptocurrency, and in cryptocurrency they don't do their analysis properly before venturing into it that why today many people finds it difficulty to survive simply because they're not properly trained on technical analysis with all it takes to belong to the digital world, they always source for a way to make a quicker wealth without knowing cryptocurrency has its own fundamental principles to follow.

So as per say, venturing into cryptocurrency requires alot so is the profits also much, real estate has no stress or much worries over your investment.

I think depends on your age. Better is a combination of both always. There is obviously a meter of your life, in early ages with lesser responsibilities you have the bandwith to take more risks without any worries but eventually there will be a time when you won't have that much risk aversion. So take risks at the right time in your career so that even if things go wrong you have a lot of buffer time to regrow yourself.

Real estate success isnt something that anyone could make out guarantees but i do agree into that point that it is less riskier considering that this is exempt when it comes to inflation, considering that properties

do really appreciates overtime but of course it would be depending on where it is located. Also, we know that someone couldnt really just be that able to deal up with real estates, why? The capital you would really be needing is no joke unlike when you do deal up with other investment ex. crypto on which you could really purchase out some coins on small numbers or in fraction which means it is less
on amount. In choosing in between then its up to your own choice but if you do have the financial capacity then having both is really that recommendable.

Risk is the measurement of how tough and difficult a certain investment is.

Regardless if it's low risk or high risk, the success of any investment will depend on how we will properly manage it along the way.

If low-risk investments are bound to be always a success, why are there still established and recorded failures at those considered a less-risk investment? It just means that as long as there is a risk, there is no success in any investment without having a serious approach.
