we are not scam!!!

No, but you are:

1. Badly organized
2. Bad at customer services
3. Bad at responding to people
4. Bad a keeping promises
5. Bad at being fair to your customers.

Thats what you ARE.

I think you forgot

6. Not the only seller.

Honestly if you go to McDonalds and get shitty service just go to burger king next time Smiley

This thread really explains the whole ordering and expected wait/communications time from the one guy who is filling hundreds if not thousands of orders.

If someone can tell me how/if it's possible, I'll rip the firmware off my v2 and upload it. Unless it's a bad translation, it sounds like jack wants to send (or sell) you a new controller with the v2 firmware on it.

Check this thread linked in the guide: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5305449

So I'm not sure how it was on the v1 firmware, maybe someone can confirm, but the v2 firmware controller is programmed to restart every hour.  In the log it says "Hourly Refresh" and then everything goes back to zero.  I have the "reset Dead Miner" option set to "Never".  I hope the solution to the stability problems wasn't just to have the controller auto reset every hour... Huh

Well you have to give some credit.  It does "fix" the problem Smiley

I got my LA3M with v2 firmware and I have trouble getting  to 3 MH  in dual mode at 750 Mhz. Everything above 800 MHz underperforms under 2 Mh or lower. Remember this is BTC/LC dual mode, as in single LTC mode  I can go past 3 MH easy. I guess I'll need more testing.

Is there any way to run dual mode BTC/LTC  on windows atm?  Or linux only ?

As posted in the OP

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-gridseed-gc3355-5-chip-setuppowerwindowslinuxrpi-by-unicornhasher-494625

I'll also be testing dual mode in windows today for a single unit.

Be aware of ordering from Asiabtc. He is not shipping on time - that's well known fact. Furthermore, he is not shipping at all if not under pressure of negative feedback. Therefore, I had to submit negative feedback just to start proceeding with my order. I ordered only 2 USB cells, paid on 15-th of February with BTC
(TXID 503720ba0da85bb99c0c5b51f9b4afdf0930027bab51c90cc2eb6da1e5aea469), sent immediately by email all requested data about payment, address and invoice - got no reply for confirmation of payment and order. One week later i sent reminder email and got short answer by e-mail that payment is confirmed and "it will be shipped monday". Two mondays later I sent second reminder asking for shipping information and than total silence from Asiabtc. No e-mails, Skype communication was in a way of "checking now", "wait" that lasted for hours. I ordered till now from couple forum members and this customer ignorance never happened to me. Tried to convince him to send shipping info and afterwards I will make second order - without success. This reaction frightened me, because anyone that had intention to ship the items, would proceed and double the profit with second order. So still wait/hope that my order will be shipped under pressure of community trust level here.

Same thing here. Haven't had such crappy service ever. Only fullblown scammers deliver slower. (as they don't deliver)

sorry for delayed shipment. something wrong. delayed it.
and we shipped thousands miners out.

Can someone also explain how to connect 8+ miners to one PSU? Looking for scrypt only mining.
you can connect 10 miners with one psu. if just scrypt mining, it needs 100W for 10 usb miner. we will provide free atx pci-cable. you can use 300W atx psu for 10 usb miners.

I am placing a new order with Hashra for 40 more miners plus controllers PSUs etc. It is run by an English guy whom i have been speaking to. They have a warehouse in Shenzhen and operate a slick website with an existing sales order process.

I will let you know how i get on with Hashra order, and with the wiibox controller that the units will be shipping with.

Simon at Hashra tells me he is also working on his own firmware for the controller but i hope one day to run my 60 miners using one or two RasPi's running Scripta!

I am looking at Spotswood cases to house these and Cablez modular ATX 12V coaxials so i can power 60 miners off one standard PSU.

First step is to get them all mining away as best they can with the existing PSUs and controllers so they start earning their ROI!!

Second step is to upgrade into something pretty, efficient and space saving Smiley

EDIT: forgot to add that Hashra is significantly cheaper than Jack/lightning asic.

be aware that custom charge for you will be £600 FOR 40, I ordered 60 and got a custom charge of £910 uch

I dunno I once had a gf who was less-than-average at certain (common) tasks & she didn't deliver either but I can assure you that was more frustrating. I can give you her number if you'd like to experience a more crappy service?

Just got my la3m setup, I have the controller with the v2 firmware.  Will post results.

Patiently waiting for some news or a .bin.   Smiley

+1

Again, why isnt jack communicating to the community? - Its beyond me
How did you get the new firmware for your LA3M?

i will give u new controller with new firmware

How about the rest of us who already contributed to your companys bank account??

payment did by bank transfer has been shipped out. only few btc payment is not shipped.

That doesnt answer my question. Let me rephrase:

How about the guys who already have bought your hardware. When will we get the updated firmware file for the controller?

So....5MH firmware anyone???

Where's that at?  I'm doing good to get 3.3MH from a group of 10 right now...

It doesn't exist.

That's what I'm becoming afraid of...3MH vs 5MH is a huge difference on my ROI...
LA3M can work at 3.7-3.8mhs now. and for 5mhs, needs very powerful controller and its not stable.
