Avalon sent out an email saying they were going to start shipping chips in mid July. (not our chips, just chips in general).
Just came across this on Bitcoin Reddit -- appears to be Avalon's bulk chips? Maybe multiple batches will come through at once after all...

I agree, I seems like we should be seeing shipments of the early orders very soon. It's been pretty close to ten weeks since the first pre-orders, I think.
Actually for Klondike, some delay would be good. The final version of the PCB is not yet ready, if the chips arrive we can't start assembly without a PCB. We can't build the PCB without a final design.
I'm not sure what steamboat is planning for PCB manufacture, I guess this order might be large enough to make them in the US economically (and thus quickly).

I'm sure this is on everyone's mind, but I'll say it out loud: Shouldn't we be pretty close to at least Batch 1 chips going out? I'd anticipate the first two or three batches might even ship together? It would seem silly for Yifu to ship our batch one, then wait 11 days, ship 2, then wait another 11... Maybe it's just wishful thinking.
I think they have already said batches wont ship together.
Yes, they HAVE said the chips won't all ship close together. Yet there are reasons to believe that they might. It seems to me they must be producing chips to build up their stocks. Why wouldn't they ship quickly once they start shipping? That's the way it works with "mainstream" chips like CPU, for sure.
