Just in Bitcoin we trust - alt are lab for better bitcoin! So, there´s room but no real strike.

Coiledcoin was never killed, it was attacked for about three days or so then the attacker ran around boasting of having killed it while actually it kept humming along just fine and has ever since.
It is a merged mined coin merged alongside bitcoin, namecoin, devcoin. groupcoin, ixcoin, i0coin and geistgeld.

I know You are mining dead coins at zero difficulty for months, just in hope it will pick-up and You will end up having a monstrous portion of them. That's ok. but ill stick to the official version:

There was bugs but Neocoin hasn't been killed by bug, people were mining it.. We have simply decided to stop because the launch was not good and people were not satisfied by that.
Neocoin is not a NVC Clone, we have developed unique features. The source code wasn't never released and nobody has examined it yet.
Neocoin will be relaunched shortly with the source code available.

Thanks, I updated my poll though a couple on your list were actually not valid coins.
Which ones are not valid? I've downloaded the clients for all of them which have addresses and for most of the ones without addresses.
Maybe the better question is - what is considered a valid coin?

The OP has done a great job of managing this list till the rate of new altcoins got silly, but it doesn't seem as if he can keep up with the madness anymore.
xorxor has provided a valuable service to the community, but maybe it's time for another trusted altcoiner with more time to handle a "List of all cryptocoins" to take up the torch and start another thread?

I think this list, the coins you picked for "minor" and "major" are like...just your opinion...man. 
DGC would go much higher on the list if the community as a whole authored the list...
The wiki is the worst! DGC isn't even on there, and includes one coin I've never even heard of.
