Evil beware: We have waffles!

Italy's national secret police / intelligence agency offers an overview of Bitcoin. They highlight the ways in which Bitcoin defeats or circumvents the methods of control that regulators enjoy through the banking system.
And hopefully also reiterated the plethora of ways criminals get around 'controls' the banking systems are supposed to have. They know damn well that there is far more money laundering done using fiat than crypto and things will remain that way for many many years to come.

The Indian government may soon come with a law that is likely to regulate all cryptocurrencies that are traded in the nation. The investors will only be allowed to trade in digital currency being mooted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). For more enquiry visit: https://www.managementguru99.com/

[Update Feb 19, 2014:

This thread is no longer being updated all that much. As Bitcoin further permeates the world, most every nation (or state, etc.) will have content specific to that jurisdiction's involvement with Bitcoin.   Feel free to continue posting as you wish, but this thread will no longer be even close to being a comprehensive list as it had been for a period of time.

This list is to serve as an index to all the events in which Bitcoin-related topics interact with the courts, police, regulators, etc.

This is similar to how the NEW Articles in the Press Forum thread serves as an index to media mentions.

Topics related to regulations, taxes, etc. are also cataloged in a Bitcoin.it Wiki article:

I'm hoping for this thread to remain an index, mostly with just a brief summation and then links towards other threads and external sources -- rather than be where discussion for each index entry occurs.   If an entry is made, feel free to reply with a link to a relevant thread where further discussion occurs or to other related content.

It is one of the best, but what would be one of your improvements today?

The last time I checked Group investment was a forex broker company and the reason they are ban will definitely be because of the Hashbrasil scenario of violating securities rules and regulations.

I wonder how to find those blockchain lawyers. Do they have companies?

I know some was advertise here, but its hard to scroll lol. If you like I can recommend some legal companies.

If you could give me sites where I could check them so I could further assess on which one is suited for me.
