I think it will rise at the time of ending year.There are some reasons.We know that litecoin founder charlie lee sold all his coins but still it's have good developers. i think it's can't effect a lot so that litecoin still in top 10 list in crypto market. Litecoin transection fees too much low and faster that's why people use litecoin for their transfer method. Also It's now on top 10 list so newbies who doesn't have enough knowledge about litecoin he easily invest in litecoin because of he didn't know litecoin past.
