Dear clients, we have finally done payments to all clients in full. Everyone who sent request and provide necessary documents in proper quality, have got 100% payment of their balance amount. Clients with balance over $10000 also got 100% payments.
At the moment, we hold a small amount of remaining funds, which will be distributed among clients who sent requests but have small inaccuracy in provided documents. We will contact you in a few days to get an address for sending payment to you. No additional documents are needed from you.
Regardless of the fact that our liabilities in the specified terms is done for more than 100%, we decided to continue payments from our own funds.
Clients with balances lower than $10000, who DIDN'T pass the verification, will get 100% full reimbursement of their balances if they meet specified below simple conditions. Clients with balances higher than $10000, who DIDN'T pass the verification, will get full or partial reimbursement in the amount of 50-100% of their balances.
Only 2 simple documents are required to get payment.
1. Passport. (everyone has)
2. Notarized remission of a claim. (template/text will be sent by request). Please note, that coloured scans have to be high quality, at least 3000 pixels in a narrow side. Photos are not accepted. If you don't know what is the scan, please read about it on the internet. If you didn't get payment from us, and we still haven't reached you, please contact us (
[email protected]) if you are ready to provide notarized remission of a claim. We give a template/text, you go to notary, get a document and receive payment from us.
Please note, that we will not accept requests from clients who abuse, threaten us and our team. We would like to refresh your memory that our service bear losses from hackers attack. We lost funds and reputation much more than anyone who is threatening us now. We have had trying to build our business for many years, and now it's ruined because of hackers. What a vulnerable exchange. Clients have lost their money and their indignation and claims that the exchange is shit is quite justified. Those who lost money due to LiveCoin.net have the right to say about them,that their service is crap .But apparently the exchange believes that everyone should endure its antics and not speak bad words towards the exchange. Another reason to avoid responsibility for your actions.
