To receive a refund, customers are asked to send their login and registration date on the exchange to [email protected]. After that, they will be sent further instructions for passing the verification.

Have you already sent out some email on said address?

The collection of applications for payments will take place until March 17, 2021. No new applications will be accepted after this date.
So its already too late.

I sent to them all required, ridicoulous documents(and even that stupid meaningless video, is it truman show or a crypto exchange service ? ) and do on proper way what livecoins exactly wants from me. I repeat again ''proper way'', also send extra transaction documents apart from these necessary documents .I dont get any refund even they didnt send to me a e-mail.

Requests with balances up to $10000 are paid in full after complete of verification and posting proper messages about getting payment from us.

So this is basically for you to need to post that you have been paid but the truth is that its still pending.Do words like these should be post up after getting paid?

Thanks for giving out that quote which shows that they paid up those users but arent you noticing that almost everyday (non-stop) for these newbie accounts on posting up the same word or line?

They dont even try to respond on what others been posting on this thread, at least showing off some tx or ss that shows that they were really able to received those refunds.

Also, i dont believe that they do have lots of users knowing of into their reputation when it was just starting until those issues keep piling up.
Yes I agree with you, it would be more convincing if those brand new users were posting the id of blockchain transactions used to refund them... even if it's hard to establish if a receiving address belong to a real person or is just a "fake" wallet belonging to the sender actually.
