Livecoin is a deceiver, he does not want to spend my money on his account. I do not advise paying money there and explaining the matter. If this weekend do not get out then I report the case to the police presenting all the evidence I did.

I'd also like to chime in here once more and say that every issue has been resolved. Up to this point, it has sometimes been slow in processing, but nonetheless always reliable!

My account has been suspended for 10 days. Does that mean I cant log in to it for 10 days? When I try to log in I get:User doesn't exist. Is that because my account is suspended or?

Thank you again for the further reply. Not hurt at all, I think it's really great to have discussion publicly! Livecoin has proved to be one of only a few exchanges that has many altcoins and is also reliable and well-made. Letting everyone see that you're there, that you will work with customers, and that issues will get dealt with, is a good thing. It's also great to have the information in your replies to me on Bitcointalk for everyone else to see too, in case they have similar problems.
I think it's also good for you, as a business, to be able to discuss feedback/suggestions publicly so that people know what you're working on. It's great to know that you have new things coming!

Thanks again! And my issues are now resolved.

First of all, usage of API means that you are an advanced user, maybe a programmer and have a better understanding of what you're doing than a regular client. Therefore, we expect that you are either aware of the features of an asset you are dealing with, or visit our website to get acquainted with its features. Sorry, we can't include all pecularities of all assets in API description, because API description must contain only technical data about the API itself, but not of the assets.

For VSM: if the amount must be an integer, you should reject requests that are not integers, you should throw an error.

API have basic functionality for all assets and will try to perform your call in any way. We consider that API designed for advanced users. Maybe you are right about the mentioned feature, but it is not implemented in our API, since we're working on websocket API to completely replace our old API.

For LEO: Blockchain wallets simply don't allow withdrawals to invalid addresses

It is not quite so, because you can mistakingly create/generate address which does exist (but you don't own it) and funds will be transferred to this address. We encounter such cases from time to time, not just with LEO, but with all BTC based assets.

Thank you for the positive review eventually, let's continue our discussion on your ticket. I hope my long explanation didn't hurt you.

Livecoin: I have 17 withdrawals stuck "in execution", some for MORE THAN ONE WEEK

Hello.
We have checked your ticket. Since you placed your ticket publicly and thus violated terms of services, we also decided answer to you publicly.

VSM - amount must be an integer (we have warning on withdrawal page), you used decimal, that is why 8 of your withdrawals get stuck.
GOLOS - instead of wallet, you used memo, that is why 2 of your withdrawals got stuck.
LEO - you used incorrect or non-existent address, that is why 6 of your withdrawals got stuck.
EMC - incorrect work of node, 1 withdrawal got stuck.

All in all, 16 from 17 withdrawals got stuck by your own fault. Any of such an incorrect withdrawal requests may be lost, we have a proper warning of this in withdrawal form. So you must be carefull, since we can not return all erroneous withdrawals, it doesn't depend on us sometimes.

Thank you for the reply; I don't mind that it's public, it will be useful for others. I will absolutely correct issues where I can. I have to disagree somewhat that they're all my fault, but please take this as being constructive and not criticism. Here's why:

All of those transactions were done via the API. It would be helpful if that information were provided not only on the website, but in the API. Further, the API should not permit invalid transactions.

For VSM: if the amount must be an integer, you should reject requests that are not integers, you should throw an error.
For LEO: Blockchain wallets simply don't allow withdrawals to invalid addresses; the transaction would not be processed. So the LEO problem would simply mean that the LEO is still there and hasn't been sent anywhere.
GOLOS is clearly simply my problem, of course, though in general these should be rejected if only a memo is provided.

Which transactions will you be able to cancel? Is there anything I can do from my end to help?

Thank you again for the reply.

EDIT: for the record, I've been using Livecoin for a couple of months and, even with the conversation above, it's been great. Anyone reading this: don't let this stop you from using Livecoin, and definitely don't listen to anyone saying "scam". It's a good site, and I'll be continuing to use it.

Livecoin: I have 17 withdrawals stuck "in execution", some for MORE THAN ONE WEEK. I have raised a support ticket, but several days ago support responded telling me that "the transactions must be canceled manually, so it will take some time". But nothing has changed, and I have not been given an update. I have been patient, but now it's been much too long. It's thousands of dollars that are stuck, and I've now lost significant amounts of money because I can't access these funds. I don't know what else to do other than post here.

How to I speed up this process? Do I PM you here? Can I cancel or send the withdrawals myself somehow? I need to have this dealt with.

I would like to use your exchange regularly, but this sort of thing makes it difficult. Even just having support sending updates to users with a timeline, "we will deal with the issue by Monday" or whatever, would help. If you communicated with your users more, they would stop accusing you of being a scam, like the post before this one.

Guys please, I need my withdrawals to be processed with a reasonable amount of time. It is hard to use your exchange for smooth trading or moving coins between exchanges as it always takes hour to get coins out of your exchange. My withdrawal is now stuck for hours "in progress". Why is that? It is not even a large one!

Edit: Issue now resolved.

That's an 18% difference! Should I be buying up all of their LKS?
