On the ANN it says "If you are eligible for the pre-sale you will recieve a 50% discount". May i ask what are the requirements and restrictions for it? And is there a KYC process?
Hi if you visit the website https://secure.livetree.com/#!/seed/%23team and click the "about" tab at the top it will take you to correct area to view the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.
From the terms and conditions:
6.2.1 there is a risk that in some jurisdictions the Seed Tokens or other Digital Assets might be considered to be a security, or that it might be considered to be a security in the future. LiveTree gives no representations, warranties or guarantees that Seed Tokens are not considered a security in all jurisdictions. As a consequence of any determination by any relevant authority in any relevant jurisdiction, the acquisition, holding or sale of Digital Assets may be restricted or prohibited. Each User of Seed Tokens shall bear its own legal or financial consequences of Seed Tokens being considered a security in their respective jurisdiction. Every User is bound to check if acquisition and disposal of Seed Tokens is legal in its jurisdiction, and by accepting these Terms each User undertakes not to use Seed Tokens should their use not be legal in the relevant jurisdiction. If a User establishes that the use of Seed Tokens under these Terms is not legal in its jurisdiction, it shall neither use the Seed Tokens nor acquire them, and should immediately stop using or possessing them if such case arises.

Though the team is making great efforts to promote the token sale, I see very less popularity to this project. Mind that if it reaches it's roadmap and makes a successful stand then this will disrupt the entertainment industry.
