My dearest congratulations on all the members who strived hard to achieve member rank. I am happy for their achievement and let us spread the positiveness in the thread though there are many members here also that report account from any mistakes committes without taking some time to check the post that are constructive. I was ban in my first account due to plagiarism yet those are the first timers post here yet it was being reported even if it was deleted. All of my post there was consteuctive yet still reported and gey ban. I wish there will be a protocol before reporting someone. A songle mistake is not a valid reason to ban a member.

My posts on the first page have been updated. This week only three members ranked up. As I can see, all of them are active in the russian local board.

.Higher Ranked members don't always have more information or insight on a particular topic. Don't give too much credence to the words of higher-ranking members; they are human, just like you. You are correct. This is ban evasion, if the account that was banned is still banned (or was banned at the creation time of the new account).
I wish there will be a protocol before reporting someone.
There need be no protocol for reporting a post, because reports do not lead to anything without examination from a moderator and these moderators have a protocol before taking an action on a report.
A songle mistake is not a valid reason to ban a member.
That would depend on the severity of the offense, wouldn't you agree?

You have banned in your first account due to plagiarism as you said. If I remember correctly, if you are banned because of plagiarism, you are not allowed to create another account to continue your activities. This is clearly ban evasion I think.Correct me higher ranked members if I am wrong

Violations? Like what?... It's not that kind of Merit Begging, well, it was already deleted so nothing to be worried about. It might be risky but as long as it is moderated it won't lead to abusing the system.
as long as it's not moderated by the highers,(mods, DTs, and legendaries) we can't be sure that it won't lead to violations.
There are merit sources and people that has a lot of smerits, they will give those deserving and knowledgeable people.
Yeah, yeah... if only they're seeing those people who are worthy to be given Merits... So instead of creating a merit service, create a thread where all of the quality post links are there.
If you want to help others, merit them if you see their content as a worthy one.

It just happened that I came up on that idea... and as for the truth, I don't intend to give any Merits to anyone as of now... I'm planning to revive snipie's arts of Merits.Then why did you implement a merit service or.. (or if not) a service that is related with merits if you don't want to help them? something fishy with your merit service. Your activity will also happen in the telegram and we know in our local that creating groups is like breeding new abusers/bounty spammers.
If I did it, everyone can do it, and now I'm in top 30 of the most merited users + top 300 of the most recognized but I'm just like everyone of you. So if I can, you can too.

Don't just wish kiddo. Make your wish come true. Let this users be your inspiration. If they can do it, you can do it too. Just believe in yourself, anything is possible. Learn. Create a useful thread. Lastly, don't do what the most are doing here.

Your account isn't even two months old. There are Jr. Members who have accounts probably older than many multiples of that--with little chance of ranking up in their lifetimes. In addition, you've only made 17 posts in those two months, 3 of which were short ones in Meta that didn't add a hell of a lot. The rest of your posts are probably in mega spam threads (I have whatever sections they were in blocked so I can't tell). You'll need to seriously step it up if you ever want to earn any merit--and whining about it isn't going to help.
I guess that being a merit source can help to gain merits, if some merited members will give them merits back voluntarily.
You shouldn't do that. That really is a waste. The source probably won't notice, and you have been given the merits because the source trusts you to use the generated sMerits to help the community. This is one reason why I try to avoid giving merits to the TwitBook spammers.

All of them deserve a certificate of merit for their dedication to the bitcointalk forum, who censors them to truly work in the right way to be able to pick the right people in a lot of people.
