That fixed it for me.

Also, No database folder is being created in Windows 7 both 32 and 64 bit. I just installed on another computer and it's stuck as well and there is no database folder in "username/appdata/roaming/logicoin"

Yep seems to be a Windows-QT issue rather than a blockchain one so pools and polo won't even have noticed. Our dev is fairly busy at the moment with real life commitments but will have it sorted as soon as he gets some spare time. I've added instructions on downloading a fixed blockchain to the OP in the meantime.

Are you replacing the "Block" folder with the one in my zip or only peers.dat? You need both.
