Forget about price. Look at market cap. Then if you want a cheap look for market cap plus low supply. Then if you find anything in cents with those filters, study and invest in the coin.

People recomming ripple as "cheap" is just crazy.

I really don't think the price is what really matter most, the most important to me is the marketcap, if there is any good project with market cap below $100 million that will be a steal for me nomatter what the price of the coin is

Try ripple, it is backed by banks. TRX is also really cheap, then SIACOIN. Bitdegree is still cheap. DATUM is also cheap.

Tron is nothing but a very overvalued coin, it has potential no doubt but very overvalued. Sia is better coin, it has taken years for sia to come this value but tron is higher than sia now what!?

Everybody can tell you which are good: in my opinion, DYOR (do your own research) is the best method. Try google, see what the community is talking about, follow twitter and telegram. look at the dev team (linkedin profiles). I hope I helped you.
Thank you advice have been extremely helpful.

What cryptocurrency is worth long term investing with 2 dollars or less?

If it is a minor investment (<$2) as you have said, go for it.
But I would be wary about trusting any investment advice from anyone, especially with the degree to which the altcoin market is flooded with pump-and-dumps
Don't base investments on what a single person tells you.
