Just take a look on SYSCOIN - They don't have marketing campaign, but developers are very active. In my opinion this coin in 2018 will explode!

I am also a big fan of Syscoin but you are wrong by saying that they dont have a marketing campaign because they just hired a marketing agency a few months ago.

All that's in the portfolio of Op is promising and has got good growth potential. Just holding it long term will surely profit big. In specific NEO is expected to make a big increase with time. Unlike the current market for these altcoins its good to invest whenever the price drops.
Your choices are good but for the rest that you've mention i believe NEO is the most promising once. Been reading articles bout cryptos and most of the persons there are really fascinated about the rise of this coin. I also believe on their insight that this might be the coin of the 2018. So i my self are having NEO platforms in my portfolio like DeepBrainChain for example. This is just my opinion i believe most of the comments right here are also on point.
Well I believed that NEO is a good choice for a long term investment. It may not rise so fast like the other coin , but it not also fall down easily like other. Neo is not like ripple that can be profitable in short term it takes time before you have your profit. But it surely great and ideal for you.Aside from Neo you can also try Ethereum , which is the most known and trusted altcoin.

I am fond of Gulden, been following the market for a long time. I believe Bitcoin and crypto currency is the future. Unfortunately, I am not rich enough to buy one whole bitcoin, but I would like to trade and learn more. I did some simulations to be able to understand the market and I have a good understanding. Gulden will rise, no doubt.

There are plenty of cryptos to hold long term base on the project itself. I think NEO, Oyster Protocol (PRL) , IOTA and XRP.
If you have small.amount of money you can accumulate PRL because its still cheap.

As I have recently just joined the world of Cryptos around 1st August but I am doing only investment based on long term HODL currently my portfolio consist of NEO, OMG, XRP, SIA, XVG & ADEX

XRP have active dev, for now people looks not interest but in future very high price of XRP
