from the type of coin you mentioned I'm not too interested in investing in the long term. but I agree if ftm is invested in the short term where the profit target is in a state when there is news of updates about the progress of the project. maybe for long term investment I only choose 3 coins ETH, BNB and PYR. when this coin is a project that has a bright future and has a good price development ratio if the market situation improves again.

Polygon, Polkadot, Avalanche, Cosmos, and FTX are also long term coins. I think it has more potential for the future. I've noticed these since their early development, they grow quickly, and hold up well even in volatile markets.
