for ETH and BNB I am sure there will be no regrets with these assets. I also own it even though I have sold most of it because I think there has been a lot of profit from the pump that has occurred this year on the asset.
but specifically for BNB, it seems they do not stop with the development which is always the concern of the community. currently, they make a staking program for BNB. the returns are also big enough that those who lock up their BNB in binance will also be able to accept it.

There will be many coins if you search that has the potential to rise in the long-term but in the present market recently a new coin launched that has collected good money from the market through ICO that is AMEPAY. You can check this coin and read its whitepaper about their plans and I feel it has good plans when implemented the coin value will rise you must check it once but do due diligence. Eth is no doubt a gem apart from this you can check Ontology, NEM, and NPXS too. I believe these are undervalued now and that can also give good profit in the long-term.

Im holding bnb, ada and klv because I believe in their project that it is longterm but btc and eth really know if there is a lot of potential and longterm so I have strong hands on the coins I mentioned but don't trust too much because when it comes to crypto it's big risky it is better to research well and always look for crypto updates to avoid in case the price of bitcoin falls and save your assets.

You're right. the market is so unpredictable that coins of unknown origin depreciate quickly. When it comes to a long-term investment, take into account the coins that already have positions on the market ...

^ This is what I always advise all newbies that want to invest in altcoins, don't follow the hype project because they only have a short time of existence. Follow the real project with a mass usage that will surely grow organically and surely will gain profit though in a slow process but it is continuously growing up. In a long-term investment project should those coins that already existed and proven that there is no hype that happen.
Nevertheless, stick to BTC and ETH investment, they highly have a good potential that will grow more the price even though we are in a volatile situation.

Let me tell you one thing, don't take the suggestions from here "very seriously". Look at the list you have made based on the suggestions of the users. Have you heard of any of those coins? Most of them are unknown and I am pretty much sure none of them will exists after a year or two. People will shill for those coins/tokens/projects because they have invested in it. They want more people to join and create a "hype" so that the price can be pumped and they can leave with profit.
Once again, be careful. Learn about those coins before you even think of investing.

Thanks for the suggestions. Being a decentralized crypto is kinda weird. There's no central authority to coordinate marketing. Some members of the community are more enthusiastic than others. If someone spends money on ads, they'd need to recoup the costs. It is a chicken-and-egg problem.

I'm personally taking a slow approach. We still have a couple of years of mining before inflation starts. I have a hard time convincing bitcoiners that Bitcoin can't be a Medium of Exchange. Volatility is inherent in Bitcoin. The Lightning Network is not going to drive payment adoption. But most of them still think that hyperbitcoinization will happen. Then, the problem solves itself. Rather than bombarding people with ads, I think it's best to let the market do the education.

If you want more attraction and market engagement, I think you need promotion and ads.

And another thing is that you need to show that your project is really worthy of their money. Investors and traders will particularly be looking for a potential project with good liquidity(at least) and they know that they are secured. When we say assurance, people were able to see a sustainable market demand, not being a dead one.
