I think a nice idea for a project would be PROOF-OF-TREE, forrest land brought which could have its yeld chopping down on a 10 year cycle and the profits put back into the token or some form of buyback scheme, as people invest and the token goes above 1$ new forestry land can be brought and new trees planted for another 10 year harvest. its ecological, its sustainable, its renewable and its marketable.
Good projects are really not so many good ones, and even less profitable ones. But there are those for whose sake it is worth continuing the search - I'm now working with the Boosto project - here is a good prospect and an excellent team. A project monitor takes a long time-but it's worth it.

There is one cool project - Socratus. Here maybe are posting people who are looking for benefits and money, but not people who produce any projects. I think you must find it personally because nobody would give you such information.
