1. Re-discover the meaning of your work
You may lose motivation because you have lost the meaning of your work first.
2. Make your work comfortable
You can make your work your own. Make your work according to your comfort suits to the extent that it does not violate the rules of where you work.
3. Focus on positive things
Try to find the added values of your work. Think about your profits in doing your job. Do not think about negative things and possibly fail or risk losing.

If you see a little child you can see the spark in their eyes. As we grow we keep loosing that spark. Life gets harder and keeps sucking the motivation out of us. I think motivation is the most precious thing in life and we loose it so easily without even being fully aware of it. As I grew up the most difficult thing I've faced is to keep myself motivated. The dreams we dream don't just come true. Our reality is totally different from our dreams.

That's true. We loose it especially if this motivation concerns our dreams. People become more down-to-earth. You start to think about real problems like what are you gonna eat tomorrow etc.

Sometimes truth really hurts. When we were children we were full of dreams, a lot of plans. But as you said by growing up it’s like you were loosing it all. But I think it depends too to the ambiance where we grow up. It depends on the adults that grows us up. Life might give us tough times, even to the point where you just want to leave everything and go somewhere far away. But miracles happen. Especially for those people who don’t give up. Sometimes we lost our desire to that thing. But please, don’t lose your goal.

I think that losing our motivation stems from a fact that we have misaligned from what we are supposed to be doing. We have lost all purpose in our life that slowly, things seem pointless.

Sometimes  it is difficult for us on how to achieve or reach our dreams. Sometimes we are having a difficult time of reaching it fully but it is how we handle or manage it and how determined we our in achieving it.  Keep ourselves motivated is very important because by that we are eager to work hard and continue our dreams.

Motivation for life is hidden behind the elementary things and therefore to find it very simply should only imagine your feelings about the result you want to achieve. Presented? What do you feel? Joy, desire to sing, incredible warmth in the soul? Then the goal is really worthy and these same feelings are motivating.

Not everything we want will be achieved, I have ideals but life is not as expected, but it will be beautiful in time. Believe me, life is beautiful when we are grateful. Motivation is also important to make us passion in life.

Solution: Communicate directly and often with your boss to find out the state of your work and the company. If you know what will happen, you are more likely to work with security. Even if you have to find a side job or find another job.

I think motivation is never a issue. We become so occupied doing things that don`t fulfill us like watching TV, overthinking, playing video games etc.
I think distractions is worse. If we just would remove the things that stop us from doing what we love than we would not feel so un-motivated.
For our dreams to come true takes time and effort. So be patient and persistent and remove everything from your life that does not look like your
dream.

Motivation is easy to lose.We mostly lose motivation because of other people.Such people shouldn't be in our environment. We need someone who will continously support us.Motivation is easy to lose, but it can also ne easily obtained. So we have to fight for ourselves. The only way we can succeed.

I have seen people, despite their old age, still having that spark of motivation in their eyes. That is what you call passion. If you really are passionate on what you do, then I think your motivation will never fade.

I think loosing motivation once in a while is just normal. Sometimes in our life we will experience such thing like laziness and loosing motivation. But it dosen't mean  that will be forever, we still have to strive hard to provide for our daily needs. Lossing motivation is okay once but we have to bring it back by thinking of something that will motivate us like thinking about our family.

I used to think about similar stuff all the time. How as a kid you had something that's completely missing as an adult. How to get it back. Also, it should be "Losing." A kid wouldn't care though.

Motivation is our inner that we never loose it, just sometimes we forget it. we just need to get it back. Motivation needs triggers to reestablish it back. those triggers come from our family, Friends and society. just find the right place with the right people to reestablish our motivation.

As we grow older, we get tired of things, everyday challenges, failures, and a lot more. Children usually live care free because they are don't have a lot of responsibilities yet. As we grow older, we do more things. We go to school, provide for our family, we need to take care of our selves, we need to work to have money and a lot more.

I think that the temporary loss of motivation can be...but when a person for weeks can't find the mood to move on - it's sad...you need to find something to live for and live consciously, understanding from what this or that mood comes
