If you are consistently losing a lot of money then you need to stop. Go back to the drawing table and try to learn more. Figure out what you were doing wrong. Practice paper trading. You can do that here: www.demoinvestor.com. Try something like this out for a few months and see if you can consistently profit. Once you can, then give it another shot with real money. However, be sure to treat demo trading as seriously as you do real trading.

You just fall in panic. That's not a good behaviour. Trading needs a lot of patience in able to succeed on it. You can't just panic sell. Sometimes altcoins takes time to pump. I guess altcoin trading is not for you because you only want quick profit. Altcoin trading is just like an investment. The longer you wait. The better the return.

Did you trade for first time in your life? If so, this should be your first lessen. IMO XRP was very bad choice to buy because you bought it in bubble. And as I can see eth price is 0.09BTC at the moment, so you will need more patience when trading.my question is simple ................. stop or continue?
To be honest that is decision you will have to make yourself and only you can decide what is best to do. IMO you should continue and be smarter next time.

You have to change your attitude while trading,first lesson is not to jump into anything when the rally is at the top,wait for a correction and grab the coin and if you have showed some patience you could have earned a good profit in ETH today as i rallied to 0.09 btc,never plan on disposing everything because you did not find any movement and as for ripple is concerned not a lot of goods news is coming from them,you could have hold your positions or sell off at the maximum amount it could get.legendary

you should invest atlest 20% of you base money. when you loss 40% then you should buy the coin again in low price.. when it will pump 20% from your second buying sold all your coin.thus you could recover your losses.

Can you see the latest chart of all of your portfolios? Can you take a conclusion about that? The first if you are an impatient person, Because you get stuck on 0.082 for your ethereum, and you are feeling panic and the result was sold all of your ethereum at the lower price.
The second you must try to learn more to control your emotion. I'll bet if you're feeling panic at the dump or correction for the market has happened.

I can say you are impatience person. If you still hold your ETH, you already ended with some profit now because it's around 0.09/ETH.I have no idea with XRP, when it reached the peak at 24k sats, and after bitcoin price falling down, XRP always stay on 9k-10k sats (You also could hold your XRP before maybe the price could increase again in the future)

Definitely stop, 99% of people will make losses trading. You are much better off going for a coin you believe in and holding on to it long term or until you think its lived out its usefulness.

I think you must stop for awhile and learn to manage your emotion with your patience because you already knew that your patience is finish trading is not like that xrp and eth is both good for long term if you wait try to avoid and see your trades everyday to avoid panic selling because of price dump it is normal this days because of bitcoins price soar and have a big dump at all.

Maybe you should look into shorting coins and tokens instead of going long. Your current strategy will work well for that and will make you a decent profit.

That's a big loss, you should stop trading because it's not going to be profitable anymore. I think you're doing the wrong strategy, you bought at the wrong time. And should be if the price has fallen several times better to immediately sell it, because if continue to hold usually will worsen the situation.
