Instructions unclear. Now have enemies with benefits.
Those are more commonly known as "spouses", and yes, they should be kept closer than (and ideally completely separate from) friends with benefits, if only to avoid conflict. Tongue

I'm having trouble processing all this. I think the explanation of this elaborate arrangement could benefit from some pictorial illustrations.

Wait. Is the advice "Keep your enemies closer" not literal?
Well, it's relative. Enemies should be closer than "just friends", but not as close as "friends with benefits". Only the latter category should have access to your thighs and any foodstuffs crushed therein.

I'm firmly of the opinion that if an enemy's head (or indeed any part of their body) is between your thighs, your self-defence strategy has already failed. Undecided

You will need to explain the situation regarding someone's head and/or watermelon being between your thighs.
I'm confused too, particularly about the "enemies" part. I'm firmly of the opinion that if an enemy's head (or indeed any part of their body) is between your thighs, your self-defence strategy has already failed. Undecided

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog".

In case anyone cares (which I doubt Smiley ), the above sentence contains all the letters of the (English) alphabet.

Other than that, as we'll be able to talk derailed subjects very serious matters in this topic only since the next year, I wish you all Happy New Year in 2021 and I hope you'll achieve everything you wish for!

Furthermore, I would like to file a complaint. I have been cycling all year and I still do not have thighs which can crush my enemies' heads a watermelon. Please advise.

Have you two finally achieved flux capacitor synchrony? I've not been waiting for this moment!

This doesn't sound very safe. You must put your kids in lead-lined clothing.

Thanks again for your flawless timing Smiley My time machine was off again, kids were playing with it so I had to zap them back first. Now I'm out of plutonium again Sad

That stuff gets harder to get every year.

Since I don't (yet) have any 30 year old whisky lying around, to celebrate AU$30K I am drinking two Glenfiddich 15YO Solera Reserves*: one old (left), one new (right):

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the new bottle design, especially the label. It's just too modern. As for the contents of the bottles, which is all that really matters, they are both quite similar, with the light fruitiness and spice that Glenfiddich is known for, though the new bottling is slightly more fruity and less spicy, and a bit smoother overall (no doubt more ex-sherry casks and less virgin casks). Almost disappointingly so; I much prefer the extra spice and intensity of the old bottling, which is vaguely reminiscent of a good American rye whiskey. Or maybe it's just a case of They Changed It, Now It Sucks (warning: TV Tropes link). The new version is still good (especially for the price), just maybe not as good as the old version.

*Yes, the solera aging process means a miniscule fraction of the whisky in this blend is indeed over 30 years old (37 in the case of the new bottling), so I could have just drunk one on a technicality, but that just wouldn't be right. Smiley

Ok this has to stop. We didn't open a new bottle when corn hit $210 or $2100 so let's pledge no more drinking until $30k AKA tomorrow.

Ok then Smiley As BTC reached 30.000$ today ( Smiley ), I'd like also to cheer the moment with one of Romania's finest beers!
