LTC doesn’t seem reliable anymore. To be honest, i don’t even compare it to Eth. I definitely prefer ethereum, it’s much better and promising. At least i can trust Eth for longterm investment.
For a project with constant updates like ethereum, i will always back them with my last few bucks when compared to a project like litecoin that seldom does that. We may see ether to be slow this time but I think you should all understand because that is the trend in market as always. BTC goes way up before all other coins follow so et's give altcoins some time.

If we are seeing from investment prospect, Litcoin is much better investment right now. Just search the coin with highest growth in 2019 so far. You would be surprised to know that ltc tops the chart.

both, at the time of the current bull market, crypto coins included in the top 10 coinmarketcap will also bull. Although, Ethereum's market capitalization is still greater when compared to Litecoin's capitalization, but I suggest it's better to have both for now 
Both are good coin . But Ethereum is the 2nd best cryptocurrency after Bitcoin . So my vote is for Ethereum to own it right now.
Ltc and Eth both are bullish for investing Ltc have halving next month and Eth is about to release their new version so we can say confidently in this on going bull run we can expect Ltc and Eth prices get pumped
I choose ETH. Of course LTC has good value but it's very similar to Bitcoin. I think ETH has more potential to grow in future

I doubt about the potential of litecoin consider about there was no an interesting development about that, said it lacks of development. NEO has the same problem like ltc and it has no a lot of volatility.
