First of, learn to recognize a joke when you see one, before starting insulting people (that will spare me answering someone who has no concept of humour)
Second, I am not defending ltcgear nor beekeeper (however useless action should be avoided, as it is just a distraction... and I have no illusion that I will recover anything)

Sorry to say, you tied your own community to a lousy investment, you are the one to blame and your reckless behavior with other people money is very questionable, and in many country, you would probably be prosecuted as a scammer yourself... because lets face it, you did the exact same thing that beekeeper did, you took other people money promising them large return.
I lost money too in ltcgear, but only mine (and that was only mining profit... which actually is the reason it sucks, because since then there isn't much mining profit at all)
So the conclusion about you ? Well in your community, many regrets to have trusted you with their money and they should probably continue to worry since you seem to be invested as well in cointellect.
So my advise: before prosecuting ltcgear at the wrong court, stop investing other people money.
and again: your wrong doing with the money of your community isn't a case for the International Court. you and a bunch of individual who trusted you, part of Ashininka Nation, losing money to a romanian scammer isn't in the jurisdiction of the International Court. (it would be the case if the Ashininka nation lost money to a romanian state wide scam...)
