Pick Custom send => put your bets, let the fees blank => click review payment, then show advanced => check how much fees ( Total Fees ) => cancel it, then put double fees on that transaction.

then I sent with the address blockchain.info fee 0.0001
Coinbase isnt compatible dont use it coz the payment will be sent to the sending address which is you dont control. Use desktop wallets or blockchain.info when sending bets to lb
