Did you make provision for those who will only be on your site to claim from the faucets without playing any game? Number two question, is there a withdrawal level for claims?

What they post is just words saying good things but I do not think that they are really playing.

I see that one of the team is a chat moderator (dreamcatcher) who is also a moderator in other site namely wintomato.
Looking at the site for the first time, it looks similar to wintomato (perhaps using the same script/software).

For another suggestion to grow better, you can introduce some contest on the platform (if you haven't already) and a signature campaign with reputable managers this will grow your popularity more.
