I'd like to ask I claimed my faucet yesterday and did not use it but now that I am claiming they will not let me because it says I have enough funds, I thought it's like one of the sites I'm playing where I am allowed to accumulate coins from the faucet daily, I have to use and bet, anyway it's good that this gambling site has a faucet so we can try some of the games here, they need to add more games to attract more players.

It's the first time I've heard of this casino site and I tried to take a look at it all on both PC and mobile, I'm glad you've been in the forum section to promote it and for now only 3 types of casino games Dice, Limbo, Keno.
I only know the type of dice I play while the other 2 types I haven't tried and don't know how to play it, therefore I will wait for a new game that is still "coming soon" hopefully this can give interest faster.

Did you make provision for those who will only be on your site to claim from the faucets without playing any game? Number two question, is there a withdrawal level for claims?
All deposit and withdrawals are instant! But anti-fraud system can mark transaction as suspicious and send to double check. But if you have 1 account and not violating rules all will be OK
Most times this is the excuse companies use in cheating those who play on their sites by refusing them payment for games won and claiming that the players cheated and broke the site rules and regulations.

Coming up to the newbies shilling for the site, it seems to be part of their marketing strategies but it is obviously will not work.
What they post is just words saying good things but I do not think that they are really playing.
They don't need shill we have proven that developers hire them because their project is being ignored, it's very rampant in the altcoin section, this is a gambling section, and people here will always check new gambling sites and see what they are offering and give them feedback, bad or good if operators have confidence on their site they do not need shills anymore, it's enough they have bonus and they are fair.

I see that one of the team is a chat moderator (dreamcatcher) who is also a moderator in other site namely wintomato.
Looking at the site for the first time, it looks similar to wintomato (perhaps using the same script/software).

If you keep a good community response and do the right things, the limits is expounded to no bounds to you and the company. For another suggestion to grow better, you can introduce some contest on the platform (if you haven't already) and a signature campaign with reputable managers this will grow your popularity more.
