Not all but majority of them unfortunately.  But nobody can disagree Luckyfish is probably the worst!
I am sure this casino won't be worst than 1xbit but their possibly disastrous to the extent nobody can disagree, the question is now why did some people still use their service in spite of all the shady and scam activities done by the casino? Are some gambler that naive?

They write lots of fake reviews and not many people know bitcointalk, i think lots of people discover this site after being scammed. Sad reality.
Well, possibly it is. Because not all gamblers know this bitcointalk community and perhaps there are many ways that the gambler falls in other ways because a shady casino will do something that they can lure gamblers that potentially one of their next victim and without knowing the gamblers they are at a risk situation. --Promotion is one of the most common causes that they keep using the site even though they are aware of the shady activity, but they still keep using it.
One of common mistake of people is not to make up some simple search even pressing those keyboard keys arent really able to break their arms and leg.
It is always important to consider on verifying things first before making any deposit to avoid some problems which you might able to experience or encounter.
I've known Luckfish and they had been legit for a while until those reasons and issues do pop out.

Feel sad for those who had caught by this site when it comes to deposited funds or wallet withdrawals.Even to those known ones
doesnt really guarantee on not to scam so be careful.

It indeed a sad story but it still the fault from the end of those that were scammed because a simple Google search using the site name +scam i.e (Luckyfish +scam) is enough to know/get information anout the scam activities of the casino especially those that have been reported on this forum.

In the early days, we have some casinos that become so popular now already, and they started without a license IMO, but still people trusted them, they risk their money by gambling to their platform, so it's more on the reputation that really matters but since the market has expanded and good competition has been created, license is now necessary in order for site to compete with others.

Licenses are needed only to authenticate how genuine their business is and whether it is actually located at the place which is stated there. People risk their money in all the casinos where they get some freebies or bonuses and they are too lazy to check about any license available on that casino or not. We must boycott websites without license because that is the only way we can stop scams.

I don't agree. Licenses are a way for the government to make additional money on the side. They are already earning money when the casino pays its taxes, but licenses give them a secondary source of income from license fees. The government doesn't care if the casino is a scam or not and is not going to audit it prior to issuing a license. All that matters is if the books are in order and all fees are paid. They don't even verify location, because online businesses only need a mailing address and this is usually done by renting out a mailbox in an office building.

I  disagree, when a site has a license is most likely that a casino tries to solve an issue, site without a site don't care. like luckyfish. They have been accepting minors, scamming people with very rigged games , and poker rooms filled with their own players and they inhouse games are the most rigged in the industry and what happens to them when they scam people??? NOTHING!!!  You sound like u own a casino with not license and defend the category but as player is more reassuring  if  a site a license especially a good one. Costa rica or Curacao ones don't really count either those are not worth take it anyway.

Then why create new account just to Post this issue?
OP is not a new account, the account created on January 23, 2018. Possibly he's only a silent reader.

For @OP I know you got mad since you're not doing the spammy chat in their sites, so it's unfair you got banned. But honestly speaking there's no need to take serious about this case since you're not get scammed or loss anything. I suggest to withdraw your funds and play in another trusted casino since luckyfish.io has an accusation in the past.

[1] Another site caught not being "provably fair" Luckyfish.io
[2] Luckyfish.io Scam
[3] ALERT SCAM luckyfish.io is SCAM

Goodness
This is exceptionally very disturbing to see that the OP's choice of casino is not only listed under scam accusations but at the same time it might be getting a lot of heat . But I do think banning you from the Chat was not a big deal. Honestly there are people who can report too and these people might have done it just for the fun. So I do think that you can just ask the customer service to remove this ban or even better change your casino while you still have time.

Correct, and the government doesn't really check how and where the casino is operating from and they don't really care enough about the same. All they expect is the money that needs to be paid on time in order to renew and let their license up and running. I believe that there must be an in-person check in order to check the authenticity of a casino and then only decide whether to give them a license or not.

Honestly they do keep a track of each and everything and even after that they sometimes try and just ignore the casinos which are paying them huge sum , it's much like Corruption. Many times these casinos pay the governmental agencies to give them a casual check. This is normal. Unfortunately.

They already got enough negative threads opened about them, including being some kind of a scam or at the very least shady, if you don't the website rules or have problems with their mods and you indeed can withdraw your funds then the easiest way is to just move your funds to another casino and don't bother yourself with trying to explain yourself or anything like that.

There are many way more reputable casino website that have their own official thread here in gambling section which you can read through their topic and other members posts/reviews and try them out, instead of some random casino website with unknown reputation, open threads are great since you can see both negative and positive posts about these websites activity and just because of that it's better to stay far awy from any gambling website that does not have official/non-official thread here anyway.

100%  they are really struggling now after scamming so many people.Better stick with sites with a credible reputation, they burn their bridges thinking people do not read reviews of speak about them. They keep writing fake reviews but they lost their reputation now.  As you said much better site and mostly honest.
Yup, that's all those victims have to do and those who have read the fake reviews and threads like this. They've been warned and they have an idea what it's like to gamble there.
Genuine experiences will help others to decide to just stop.
I guess that is a part of their business, to selectively scam their users, which is very common to hear in gambling insdustry.
I've never gambled there but with those experiences, you can say that it's a must to avoid them.
Real experience from real players would really be enough that this site should really be avoided and there are lots of gambling sites in the past that had bite on the dust
due to this very reason.
Exact and on point.

I totally agree with you.

Hopefully people will not touch luckfish.io as its is clear now they are the biggest scammers in the web.

Luckyfish is saying that they are getting the license from day one, actually when they launched it they said they had a license. Now they are struggling with poor kids  playing for faucets and the ramdon player who makes the mistake to sign in to then leave straight after because is now known what is this casino.  Worst in the net.
Having a bad experience with them already gives you a reason to move on and get out from them and never go back.
I agree with jawhead that you should withdrawal your funds and gamble in another site. Don't wait until something happens to your account like unable to withdraw your funds or account get locked. Let's just say you are lucky not to get scammed or something like that unless you are banned kn chatting only even if it's unfair on your end.
Yes, that's already a sign of a red flag and just avoid them. There is a lot that's much better than them.

but still that would really be a mark where it cant really be easily removed because once people do have that kind of impression then you cant blame them to have
those kind of doubts.Sooner or later this one will vanish without a trace.

Exactly, even if I'm not an OP, once I have heard issues like this several times, that's a red flag to me.
A gambling site and the exchange site platforms are relatively the same, so you need to be careful of choosing where you trust them to store your money.
My point is, we have here a reputable gambling site that will surely give us better services and most importantly, that has a community where you can talk of.

I guess that is a part of their business, to selectively scam their users, which is very common to hear in gambling insdustry.

Never heard of this site before to be honest. Weird thing is that the gambling sites whose names start with lucky usually end up as scams and Luckyfish seems to be a scammy site too based on what some posters above posted.

Coming to the issue itself, chat bans happen for a plethora of reasons(fair and unfair) in all kinds of sites which is why the issue you brought up is pretty common and trivial and easy to resolve op.

This site is 100% scam. they operate with no license and accept minors. They were operating in the Uk and they got caught  now their IP is banned! Its all over the internet that is 100% scam , people should check reviews before throwing their money to scammers.
@ciccia, not having a license of a casino does not directly make casino or gambling a scam but license are required by the gambling site just put their platform in the spotlight and to show to their visitors that they will be fair with their game, provided good security, safety, and even quality of service.
Meanwhile, the site in subject cant be shady like 1xbit which also banned from the UK but still managing to scam people till now.

I think will agree with you on that.

You make a good point because the online casino business is bombarded with scam casino abusing gamblers trust just like we have seen during the season when ICO was the most used initial offering but there are trusted casino on this forum that didn't have license though I read some days ago that they are planning to get it.

Maybe you misunderstand my stance about this casino, I understand the casino is worse every since they falsely claim they are a member of the crypto gambling foundation and have a Curaçao license but what I am saying is that is not every casino that doesn't have a license are a scam.

Not all but majority of them unfortunately.  But nobody can disagree Luckyfish is probably the worst!

Also have the behavior on playing with new or less popular sites because it isnt just right for people to treat it up to be scam directly without any solid proofs but with these issues
i do saw for it to be common but somewhat can really be fixed out and even those top rankings or popular ones isnt really excluded on this one and if the time you had
seen that they are starting to be come shady then it is just right for you to leave and find for another place which would suit out your gambling needs.
It just like that.
