They have rules for their players to follow, if you did not follow it, then it's just right that you will be ban, however, I believe it's just on the chat, you are not ban in gambling with the site so it's not really a big problem. Also, I think that the ban is just temporary, unless you are doing the same offense over and over again.
So I was innocently playing at luckyfish and I got chat banned for saying good luck to all. Ban reason for spamming chat with 1 word. I confronted the issue with support and got told I would be banned longer for trolling. What bull crap is this ?

Some gambling site prohibit players from chatting and you should know it first before you gamble, and maybe they didn’t allowed that. If you don’t have much money on this site then its fine, or if you still have the money I guess you are just banned from chatting but you can still play on their site. For your safety, better to look for another gambling site that allows you to chat and interact with other players, that site might be too strict for you. So how long you would be banned on chat? In most cases this does take some hours or even a day but if this would be a permanent one then
this one isnt really just right.So if you dont like on how they do behave then you an always opt to withdraw and find another gambling
site which do suits out your needs.
To be fair acro, your right on luckyfish.io being garbage 🗑. I didn't conduct my own DD before playing there, that is my fault. Sure, maybe I was being a bit of an ass, in all fairness there rules talk about 1 word spams, not 4 word being considered spam. Anyhow, it is what it is, lessons learned.
This is a harsh rule, but if it's there, it means their action was justified. Did they ban you in the chat or on their website? I mean, not being able to right in the chat is one thing, but not being able to play or withdraw funds is another. The former might be justified, although I see nothing bad in you writing "good luck for us all", but the latter is definitely not okay. I didn't get if you have access to your funds and if you had any on their website at that moment, but I hope no money was lost because others pointed out that this casino has accusations against them. 
Never heard of this site before to be honest. Weird thing is that the gambling sites whose names start with lucky usually end up as scams and Luckyfish seems to be a scammy site too based on what some posters above posted.
Coming to the issue itself, chat bans happen for a plethora of reasons(fair and unfair) in all kinds of sites which is why the issue you brought up is pretty common and trivial and easy to resolve op.

Well I have come across such problem but when I contacted the support I was unbanned and warn not to use some prohibited words in the chat cause their are spamming and ban at once.
Be sure to abide by the forum rules especially if they offer giveaways and airdrops on their chat channel, chat post should be constructive, but that Goodluck is way off as spam, I once used it in a chat channel but was not ban, maybe gambling sites have different interpretation of what constitutes a spam.

Their gambling platform their rule, if you feel that it is not fair then go and move to other platforms. Besides someone posted already a lot of scam accusations against them.
Thank you for the warning though, and probably this will just highlighted how bad their platform is.

maybe they are losing and they don't want you to say that because they are going to lose more, but I don't think that post is worth to be called spam, I always say that to my friends who are making a bet though not on a chat.

I've seen people getting banned on chat rooms because they are spamming, sending links, or sending words that are rude, but those users just got banned to the chat room for a while, their accounts are not banned, so they still can play but can't participate on chats.Quote

I think there is no issue in this matter , because if does then OP had already mentioned above or there might be coming action from the site since OP create a thread here, they may Hostage His balance to delete this thread .

They threatened to increase my ban because I was trolling them. 😂. Hence why I said I would post here. Anyhow I play other sites as well with a ton of coin 🪙. Btc is my main wager. Just figured I would share.

Then go elsewhere where you are comfortable but avoid trolling on the chat. There really are moderators that are filtering the chat box to avoid indecent talks towards other members and they try to avoid irritating each other. Or they don't just like the way you communicate and use the chat box with others. Anyhow, it is what it is, lessons learned.

it is definitely bull, but what's the point of posting it here? chat ban happens for stupid reasons on different gambling sites. also, you should have handled the situation properly instead of threatening by posting it on bitcointalk as if posting something so trivial as this chat banning would do something to their already bad reputation on this forum. no offence but on the chat with the support, I'd say you're being an ass so the extended chat ban is well deserved. and besides, there are better gambling sites than luckyfish.io why even play there? you can always just go somewhere else, luckyfish isn't the only casino around. you don't have to throw threats to them about being posted here all because you are banned.

For @OP I know you got mad since you're not doing the spammy chat in their sites, so it's unfair you got banned. But honestly speaking there's no need to take serious about this case since you're not get scammed or loss anything. I suggest to withdraw your funds and play in another trusted casino since luckyfish.io has an accusation in the past.

they are preventing any small talks that will comes out about their scams that is why they are very defensive in those words even though there are means nothing.
Good advice to Took out all your funds OP and find more secure and legit sites than pushing with this one .
