Never heard of this site before to be honest. Weird thing is that the gambling sites whose names start with lucky usually end up as scams and Luckyfish seems to be a scammy site too based on what some posters above posted.

Coming to the issue itself, chat bans happen for a plethora of reasons(fair and unfair) in all kinds of sites which is why the issue you brought up is pretty common and trivial and easy to resolve op.

This site is 100% scam. they operate with no license and accept minors. They were operating in the Uk and they got caught  now their IP is banned! Its all over the internet that is 100% scam , people should check reviews before throwing their money to scammers.
@ciccia, not having a license of a casino does not directly make casino or gambling a scam but license are required by the gambling site just put their platform in the spotlight and to show to their visitors that they will be fair with their game, provided good security, safety, and even quality of service.
Meanwhile, the site in subject cant be shady like 1xbit which also banned from the UK but still managing to scam people till now.

I think will agree with you on that.

In the early days, we have some casinos that become so popular now already, and they started without a license IMO, but still people trusted them, they risk their money by gambling to their platform, so it's more on the reputation that really matters but since the market has expanded and good competition has been created, license is now necessary in order for the site to compete with others.
You make a good point because the online casino business is bombarded with scam casino abusing gamblers trust just like we have seen during the season when ICO was the most used initial offering but there are trusted casino on this forum that didn't have license though I read some days ago that they are planning to get it.

Luckyfish is saying that they are getting the license from day one, actually when they launched it they said they had a license. Now they are struggling with poor kids  playing for faucets and the ramdon player who makes the mistake to sign in to then leave straight after because is now known what is this casino.  Worst in the net.

Before they were visible and they were scamming people in the UK and the UK caught them and banned their IP so they can't operate any longer, they still scamming people in other countries but they won't last long as the amount of people they have scammed is resulting on people reporting them everywhere, i have read so many horror stories about this site is enough to stay away and everyone should stay away from this site. The staff there writes they own positive reviews, saw the other day their mod review in trustpilot and it was removed in 1 day as employees can't write reviews. Its scary this scammers are still operating. And btw is not a bot in the chat but a  real person and they don't want people to communicate with each other as they know lots of the winners are promoters pretending to be real players.

They have lot of scam accusations already against them but still choosing them for playing is quite wondering, these kind of shady sites should never be tolerated by the internet gamblers and this thread also may serve the purpose when people search about that site in future.

Some gamblers didn't see the accusation since sometimes they fail to manage checking the status of certain site especially this one here and now maybe they should always locate the ANN to see on what's going on around. Hoping to see this accusation will give a good purposes to any gamblers since this could be their reference to trust them or not and since there are so many shady behaviors made then it's a sign for gamblers to avoid this site.

Licenses are needed only to authenticate how genuine their business is and whether it is actually located at the place which is stated there. People risk their money in all the casinos where they get some freebies or bonuses and they are too lazy to check about any license available on that casino or not. We must boycott websites without license because that is the only way we can stop scams.
Well, this is because of the assurance of users to the gambling platform, --it should have a license to operate otherwise if perhaps you think that they are cheating because they are not regulated. But this is a different story to the OP.
I have doubt that OP did troll the support chat, I have joined different gambling sites and having fun communicating with other players it seems I did not encounter a problem like this. Basically, this is not a problem, you can make another account if you want or leave that gambling platform and find another one, problem solved.

So I was innocently playing at luckyfish and I got chat banned for saying good luck to all. Ban reason for spamming chat with 1 word. I confronted the issue with support and got told I would be banned longer for trolling. What bull crap is this ?

How much money that you have in this gambling platform? You will be wrong if they already implemented this thing on their rule. But if you don't find any statment in their rule about it then you are able to ask about that weirdness.

Actually, I haven't found that situatio where a platform who ban all activity because a new user make a first coversation in their chatting group. Yoh should be carefull with this gambling site, it will be good to find another gambling site that trusted and being used by most people in this forum.
Trusted gambling site can be a good choice but if the player don’t know how to read the rules on that site, then the same thing will happen for sure. If you do gambling, its better to communicate on their telegram or discord than go chat on the site directly because as fat as I remember, many gambling site disable this message system to prevent hype, fud and a scam transactions.

What is mean by IP banned? They were caught by the government or respective authrority?

Internet is full of scammers that is why we need to do enough research if we are new to any site when it is related to real money.OP was lucky that he didn't lose anything and their actions are enough to feel that it is a site not to play. Grin

I will say that this is kind of weird, most gambling sites will allow you to post whatever you want in their chat as long as you are not insulting or trolling other people so I find the policies on that gambling site to be just too tight.

But if you do not like this particular aspect of the casino you can always move on, there is no reason to gamble in a website that you don't like, there are hundreds of casinos out there many of which will be very happy to take your business so do not let that affect you and simply withdraw your coins, now if they do not allow you to withdraw your coins then that is a different matter, but for what you tell to us in your post I will mad a little bit if I was you but that will be it.
Well, I don't know if it applies to this case, but as far as I know virtual casinos don't allow single words or spam to avoid people who don't interact frequently to receive chat rewards, the called *rains*. This way, the house benefits those gamblers who are really active on the chat and not those who just post once every hour to guarantee the chance of receiving a prize.

That's not weird though, he just admitted on the first page of what happened.
I didn't conduct my own DD before playing there, that is my fault. Sure, maybe I was being a bit of an ass, in all fairness there rules talk about 1 word spams, not 4 word being considered spam. Anyhow, it is what it is, lessons learned.
OPs not online for a couple of days and I think it's already enough to discuss about his ban. This thread should be closed by any mod anytime soon.

I was banned also couple of time from confronting the team in regards to their scammy projects and i must admit that scammer will do such thing .

But in your part? i see no issue at all and even the other account was banned asking the same message like yours.
Why would really be eager to make a new account just for some justification on said allegation? If they do keep banning that kind of chat or behavior
which i dont see for it to be offensive then the issue is already into their side or some just personal reason or making out some selection?
This is a kind of place on where i wouldnt really be having a smooth user experience.
Simple answer , Because the site is Scammer and they have many cases posted in this forum that looks like legit and they are guilty.

For @OP I know you got mad since you're not doing the spammy chat in their sites, so it's unfair you got banned. But honestly speaking there's no need to take serious about this case since you're not get scammed or loss anything. I suggest to withdraw your funds and play in another trusted casino since luckyfish.io has an accusation in the past.

[1] Another site caught not being "provably fair" Luckyfish.io
[2] Luckyfish.io Scam
[3] ALERT SCAM luckyfish.io is SCAM

and also i did not mentioned Him doing another account or something like that because i mean is if you check the Photos shared (i think you did not) they are two accounts that has been banned saying the same message.

So what the update of your account now? is it still ban?

I guess banning from a chatroom so not hurt you, they just have some rules that they implement, if you won't follow that, you'll face the consequences, and it's a good thing that it's just a temporary ban.

Don't make it a big deal please, as long as you can gamble, it's all good.

You can still play right? So why not focus on your gaming strategy than to make chat with other players? and maybe that kind of chat was not allowed.
Anyway, I see this site as a legit one and maybe a lot more strict compare to any gambling site. If you don't want this kind of system, then leave that gambling site your problem will be solved.

OP is not a new account, the account created on January 23, 2018. Possibly he's only a silent reader.

I was about to say that it isn't something serious because it was just a chat ban or mute on their site,
To be honest I think I have similar experience but with other site but looking at the thread that you posted I think it isn't just about OP's problem,
The site has some accusation on the past so who knows what would happen in the future better to be cautious than to regret it in the future and I agree that there are so many trusted casino that OP could use and better to know the rules about their chat system so you wouldn't get ban in the future.
