saying good luck is fine imho especially for a gambling site because that means that your wishing others to win but if you abuse it and say it too often , that isnt unhealthy anymore in the chat but seeing the screenshot you provide they also ban other players.
What confuses me is that the other account he followed in chatting say same words as "GoodLuck to ALL" , so i was wondering how many of them says the same words? and maybe this is what the Bot triggers banning them , maybe they are alt accounts and spamming the Chat room?

i think the site that you are in are also verry strict , now you know and next time when your already unbanned from the chat . avoid keywords that they tagged as spam and try to post contructive post instead
They are not strict , instead they are scammers lol. there are multiple accusations against this site and it has been shared above twice by different accounts.

Chat is meant for interaction to users may be your rain farming that is why your were banned for spamming. This action is only natural moderators will do their job on make their room in order.
Most of the chat box box in casinos use for spamming and not really taken seriously by the players, I think there will be a better option or way toimposed actions than banning it way too fast like sending messages of offenses that may result in banning of accounts. There system might be too strict or they set their bot in such a way to really limit the spam but they should indicate or note it beforehand as well answering all the scam accusation in them can keep their business so whenever there are issues or reports in their website, their reason can be known and be heard.
Try to compare in most top gambling sites in the market when it comes to chat moderation where bots/program do limit out on sending spam or simply have some timegap for each chat you do make

and when someone do make out some forbidden or violations about chat rules then this is on where chat moderator would do its work but they shouldnt really be that too strict
on giving out direct ban without any warnings on said violation.

Also, it seems that they dont bother on resolving out their issues?I havent seen that they have responded about these accusations.

What I'm sure of is that there are gambling sites whose chat boxes are strictly monitored for spams. And one-liner messages such as 'good luck', 'congratulations', etc are considered spams by many of them.

Yes, there is nothing serious indeed. That was just a temporary ban on the chat box. No money lost. OP has learned his lesson about the rules of the site as far as its chat box is concerned. It is his decision to stick to the site or not. There are so many options out there.

Even if the website's chat has strict rules, they should give a welcome message stating what kind of messages are allowed and which ones are not. If Op might have fought on some point or abused, then it is acceptable that they were banned but asking Good luck to everyone should not bother the chat unless it is said more than once. I am not arguing but I have been a part of many gambling websites where I get warned before getting muted, or get a welcome message where they mention everything and ask us to read before beginning to use their chat.

The OP of this thread marked the thread as deleted. He remoed all the details of his scam accusation. I wonder what happened next to the case of this user. Undecided According to him, his account's  support button and chat was disabled by the team of Luckyfish. lol

I was banned also couple of time from confronting the team in regards to their scammy projects and i must admit that scammer will do such thing .

But in your part? i see no issue at all and even the other account was banned asking the same message like yours.
Why would really be eager to make a new account just for some justification on said allegation? If they do keep banning that kind of chat or behavior
which i dont see for it to be offensive then the issue is already into their side or some just personal reason or making out some selection?
This is a kind of place on where i wouldnt really be having a smooth user experience.

They have rules for their players to follow, if you did not follow it, then it's just right that you will be ban, however, I believe it's just on the chat, you are not ban in gambling with the site so it's not really a big problem. Also, I think that the ban is just temporary, unless you are doing the same offense over and over again.

Rules to follow? And does any of their rules ask this user not to say 'good luck' to fellow members or he will be banned? This isn't funny bud, but ridiculous at luckyfish's end and I have faced such consequences on another website where an arrogant moderator came out and banned me for nothing, and when I yelled at him for that, he started accusing me of multi-accounting and other accusations which I never committed. Op should quickly leave that site where they are not being respected as a customer.

Try posting 'good luck' on bitcointalk and your post will surely be deleted by one of the moderators in a matter of minutes or hours. Whatever that means, it might be considered a spam or troll in many platforms or chat boxes. OP should have observed that. I think the platform won't ban immediately anybody who is posting just a mere 'good luck'. Previous posts such as 'congrats', 'that's nice', 'thank you', etc must have already been deleted.

We can't make a judgement here without hearing the side of the site, besides, this is just a ban for trolling, nothing serious since no money was taken. We don't know if there are still words before that but the mods are saying he was trolling, so it's there rule, they will be followed.

Well, I'm playing at LuckyFish since 2018. But I don't chat much there. I have just visited the site and said 'Good luck to all' in chat after watching the issue of OP. Moderator haven't muted me. Many other people saying same thing at chat but none of them got muted for spamming/single word message. Maybe the mod isn't around the chat now who have muted OP.

Every casino have different chat rules and some moderator are strict about the rules. Chat mute/ban doesn't effect in gameplay. Everyday many people gets muted at each casino chat for various reason. If you think that it was unfair with you then move on from the site.

This might be an isolated case. I saw the chat of on the support and it seems very aggressive that's why the support get annoyed. There's always an error on this kind scenario since moderators are using bot to determine spam. Maybe the bot flag the OP chat to the mods and the mods didn't double check it before giving necessary action.

If we don't like it, we can't post a scam accusation against the site for their wrong judgement, so what we do if we don't like them anymore is to get rid of them.

So I was innocently playing at luckyfish and I got chat banned for saying good luck to all. Ban reason for spamming chat with 1 word. I confronted the issue with support and got told I would be banned longer for trolling. What bull crap is this ?
Got trolled by luckyfish https://imgur.com/gallery/OBHVM5T

Many members guess your problem because you don't tell the whole story, and you don't explain more details. It is better before you complain like that, you tell from the first, so we can know what is really happen to you.

If the site has a rule that will ban the members for a spamming chat with 1 word or similar, all members need to follow the rule. Otherwise, they will get ban if they break it. No matter if you have a large amount of money on that site or even if you are a VIP member, the site will still ban you because the rule still the rule.

But I don't know about the site, and I don't play on that site. We don't know what word you say because you don't show the whole conversation that makes you been banned.

The difference is that, the OP posted the issue on a forum, which might or maybe caused to upset the moderator/owner of Luckyfish. As what can we see on the chat, that's the reason why OP has longer chat ban. He missed lots of rains for sure. Anyways, it's really not a big issue, chats has rules to follow.

I haven't heard about the existence of this website earlier. Why these guys are falling into scam sites when there is trusted platforms available for the purpose of gambling. Gambling is all about luck, but when choosing the platform we need to do some research. Anyhow a site with more number of scam accusations doing such a ban doesn't look to be a big issue. The change has to happen with the users.
