You had delete the old logs. I and other gamers lost a lot of money. This is not an "inconvenience".PS I want also to draw attention to my account "finalone". You have not been responding to PM more than week, the bitcoins at the account are still blocked. Should i just forget about these btcs?

Sometimes, the javascript hasn't been loading the cells of the new round and the system continued opening new cells from the old field. This issue has been fixed in the last update.
If this were the described issue, then:1) it would sometimes appear a win-cell instead of lose-cell, but always only lose-cell instead of win-cell would appear.
2) its appearance would not depend on the amount of the bet, but it depends.
3) its appearance would not depend on the account, but it depends.
So no, not a issue, but programmed behavior, that is a scam.

Due to the Hard Fork (BIP 91) activation, the Bitcoin wallet will be closed for deposits and withdrawals on July 31 until the majority hash power chain is clearly established.
ok but if we have some balance in BTC there, and assuming there was a bifurcation of the blockchain, would you make the move? Or should we be attentive and take action ourselves?

weird how is it not working , can you explain more ?? cause I have 2FA enabled at luckygames and all working good
the only thing I noticed is that you need to wait 15 secs to pass to enter the code and not sure if it's a general problem or just me , when I enter the code at the first few seconds it shows wrong code but when I wait half of the circle to pass ( 15 seconds ) all work good
that 15 seconds is probably because of a time difference between your authenticator's and site's server time...try to sync your authenticator, that should fix it
I already did that , and it showed that my mobile is already synced with the servers so not sure why this is happening
also I noticed that it happens with other sites too , but at the same time this isn't happening with the majority of the sites I use
so same device synced to the servers but the problem isn't happening with all the sites

yeah i had some trouble scanning the bar code too. So i just manually added the secret key to my authenticator, seems to work just fine. I've already asked admin about this,last time i checked they were doing some test, and i still cant scan the code.

Good that it worked but it is not normal at all. All the legit casino's should have 2fa.
