I'm confused by these bounties... do they at least stipulate that the company must accept devcoin as payment for these goods or are they just bounties for the goods themselves?

The mining cooler bounty is a research bounty, for open source development. No revenue is required.

The business bounties require some kind of sales, or dividends, in devcoins. For example, a devcoin listed mining company will get a business bounty once it pays out dividends to the shareholders.

I tried that allready, guess i wouldnt demand for it if your upper version would work on rpi, is there a way on debian to crosscompile??

En Gruess

A friend of mine got a RPi, gonna ask him if i can use it and build the miner on raspbian.
RPi is ARM6 not x86/x64 therefore it wont work on it Wink

Does bitcoin have an actual "installer" thingie for Windows yet that could be adapted for other coins? Or is Windows still basically a horrible mess for all the types of coins?

-MarkM-

I have pretty much all the coin clients(save devcoin) running on a win8 x64 VM. They run fine and I just fire up a mint vm for devcoin transactions. I think ixcoin has the best/easiest windows installer, but the latest bitcoin-qt and litecoin-qt are easy peasy.

If its not win ready I'd add a share for that as well, perhaps even 2 because that port is probably a smidge more difficult...  but otherwise sounds good to me as stated :-)

Hi Pyra-proxy,

Thanks for the feedback, actually there's already a windows porting bounty. A summary for the porting bounties follows, the format is the platform followed by the number of generation shares.

Android: 6 then 3
