Sure I know about that. I sell on ebay for a living and have done so for the last five years. i know all of the games that are played on ebay.
There are ways to prevent that from happening. I would highly recommend that you be very careful selling btc on ebay, it is very easy to be scammed.
I have seen lots of sellers come and go because of fraud.

Now to your real point...am I the one messing with your ebay ads? No..asshole

A couple names come to mind but I have no idea who is messing with you.

Whoa there. Pretty quick to call me an ass hole for asking an innocent question to a fellow BTC salesman on eBay.

And I know the risks associated with eBay/PayPal buddy. I can assure you I have made more money than you. I have seen your listing northoutboards. But you have no clue who I am.

I can teach you a few things, but I wont.

Thanks for you assurance that you have made more money than me. I guess we will never know because you are operating in darkness. i have my name associated with my account and if you want credibility from me you will need to do the same. I dont know who you are and dont really care but I doubt that you would be able to teach me shit.

Why would I need credibility from you?

Seriously there are people in this thread that have no idea what they are talking about.

You can quote PayPal TOS all day long. Fact of the matter is anyone who has ever done SERIOUS sales with PayPal has experienced some bs in the past. Whether it be BTC or not, PayPal does what they want to do. Most of the shit they do has no rhyme or reason.

Yes, they generally side with buyers in most cases.
Yes, they can freeze your money whenever they like for no real reason.
Yes, their reps are unhelpful idiots.

And finally...YES, using PayPal to sell BTC will eventually get you shut down. You may be minimizng your risk by limiting who can buy from you on ebay or wherever you may sell, but you are also minimizing your profits.

How about this you worry about your account and I will worry about mine. Thanks for your concern.

We will see what is what. I treat people fair and like customers. With good customer service and speedy replies and I am building a larger network of sellers and buyers. I also just spent 10 k on mining equipment in an effort to have greater liquidity. My customers stick with and trust me because i dont mess around with stupid shit and I give them what they want... which is not a hard time which is what you get any other way you try and buy coins.

Not you again get lost Qweedo fucking troll

All I said was you don't understand paypal, it is ok dude, don't have to get all rude.

Not everyone dealing with paypal is bad! Why not do paypal gift if trusted relationship has not been established yet ? In fact, paypal gift is the way to go - no fees from either side. I agree 100% trust is above all, but please, do not refute PP blatantly - it is excruciatingly difficult for newcomers like me to get upto speed in that way. I also agree that there are lots and lots of scammers here - so far within a month of me joining here, I have been PM'd by scammers from the other side of the table.

No but your breaking Paypal's TOS, so when his account gets frozen, he will be whining about it, and I just don't want to hear it. He thinks he is out smarting paypal, but true is, he has been lucky and probably hasn't had a huge income, to warrant a red flag to paypal. As soon as that happens he will be frozen and assets will be gone. Also why not use a real exchange like everyone else instead of this internet back alley. Wink

I think it's funny how the topic of this thread is "I buy and Sell for PAYPAL !! Get over it.", and yet people can't seem to get over it.

You could always experiment with mailing a code so they can redeem the coins to a verified paypal address. Then you have some sort of chargeback protection since you would have registered mail signature receipt on file to prove you lived up to your end of the deal. Problem is US mail sucks now, they want to go 3 days a week delivery or something

Could do this with new customers then slowly graduate them up a level of funding limits for instant buy in the future

I only use paypal. I have other selling options but have only done one cash deal all others have been for paypal. People have options and they chose paypal.
I am just giving the people what they want! I just need suppliers!

They did just start charging a fee for sending a gift if you fund it with debit or credit card.  All my funds are from ebay sales or digital item sales so I get no fee when sending.

BTC is a little too volatile for me to put my money in. I've been doing the same thing as you sort of only through different means. Taking very very short positions on BTC via BTC jam and slowly but surely making small profits. I can't put money into something that swings and loses 10% of its value several times a day in under a minute.

Smart man. I dont have it like that either. Although I did just drop 10k on a mining operation  Grin

Fair enough I never get people that say you cant charge back. If you want to set up a test let me know. I wont jeopardize my paypal account but if you want to buy from me and try and charge back we can set up a test. You will be successful if you send your payment as a payment for an item. You will be unsuccessful if you send as a gift from your home IP address.
