Clippers should be investigated them getting blown by 30 points is a crime.  Cheesy
The Clippers are just struggling to get back on track. No need to get investigated. lol They've been inconsistent. But still it's surprising to see Dallas leading by 30 points specially since the Clippers are usually strong at home during the regular season. For sure, game 6 will be the end of this series. It's sad to say Harden, Westbrook and PG will still be ringless.

Who do you think will win the Western Conference Semifinals series between the Mavericks and Thunder? I'll pick Thunder this time.

Many are rooting for this guy to win a ring but I guess the faith would not let them get that since maybe they are really destined to be great but didn't get a ring just like what other great players experience from the past. But I think its fine since fans still could able remember that they are really a lethal player which can dominate on the floor. Also I guess its to early to tell about this since maybe there's miracle to happen and they need to adjust according to how Mavs set their plays. They just need to work well together and maybe they should eliminate their ego that they are the star and they should put more numbers in the game since this will really be the reason on their defeats sharing the ball is really important since Mavs is not really easy team to defeat this season.

I just came across a crazy statistic on twitter. Apparently with tonight’s win over the Indiana Pacers the Milwaukee Bucks became the first team in NBA history to win a playoff game without their 2 leading scorers from the regular season playing. That shows just how difficult it is to pull off what they did tonight. Maybe a good omen.

They really need to get at least to survive this series because after it, one of their stars will be able to play but before that, the upcoming game six will be to live or die situation and also with the 76ers. I want to see game 7 at this early stage of the playoffs. in the west, neither the Clippers nor Mavericks are giving up easily against each other and this could also be a potential game 7 out there in the first round of the NBA playoffs, I wonder who will be advancing to the next round.

I am still rooting for Milwaukee to win the series. Although they are really the underdogs. Giannis might be only available in the second round but the Pacers are not a joke this season especially with the addition of Pascal Siakam.

In the other series, Philly is still lucky that they have Embiid playing in the playoffs. New York don't have Randle and also Bogdanovich. But I am still expecting New York to win the series. Jalen has a big heart and he still has decent teammates enough to beat Philly.

Whenever it is a blowout game in the playoffs, it's not entertaining to watch. Early 4th quarter garbage time with a 30 point + lead.
Well, given that the Miami Heat is short-handed in players, they could still play better than that. Their offense is off, defense ain't that good too, and that's not a recipe for a win. They just let Brown do his thing and scored without even a good resistance.
Last year's Miami Heat was better. They don't need a star to win a game with Max Struss, Martin, and Vincent all playing like it's the Finals.

Boston Celtics won the series and will advance to round 2 of the playoffs waiting for either Orlando Magic or the Cleveland Cavaliers. Both those two teams have a healthy roster so I wish they will give the Celtics a good fight.

Ya, both games were blowouts tonight but I felt like the Dallas game was at least somewhat close for the first three quarters. Luka Doncic had himself a night going for 35 points and 10 assists. I still don’t know how he does it but he manages to be the best player on the floor while also being the least athletic. The man has serious skills.

Luka Magic showing us yet again why and how he became the top scorer in the regular season, he completely shut down LA even on night when Kyrie Irving could get it going offensively, Doncic carried the team on his back again, I guess it's about time they put this series to bed in Texas.

Doncic for the night also become the joint 3rd NBA with the least how of playoffs game to reach 1,000 post season points, and he's just 25 years old!

Meanwhile Milwaukee Bucks wake up finally and win against Pacers so they are still alive lets see how much they can do, because they have the knife in their neck.
I thought they were already a goner but it's good to see Middleton showing again why he's a champion. I think the Pacers will finally get them in game 6.

Quote
And Cavalliers taking the advantge so lets see if they can beat Magic on 6 games.
This is the match up that could be decided in seven games. Cavs won three games at home and the Magic could also get their third win at home.

Just recently watch the Phila-Knicks series since I’m done with Lakers-Nuggets series. Anyone notice here that Embiid is probably not totally recovered? His moved is so slow that’s why he is frequently blocked or steal the ball before he can release it.

I thought Phila is already done today if Maxey didn’t step-up his game since Embiid presence is not that dominant as many expected on him. I think they will not gonna able to continue this kind of game for 4 more games since Maxey is still not that consistent without Embiid back on his form.

Phila is just lucky today.

Yes he is not yet 100% but he needs to play because their playoffs chance is on the line Embiid is fine as long as Maxey is their to lead the team, the offense should not be focus on him because he is sometimes sloppy but in the series there are also a game where he score 50 points, so it's really hard to predict. Aside from the injury, Embiid also have a "bell's palsy", that's another disease but he still play despite that.

I just watch a clip showing about his bell’s palsy. It’s so painful to see him play like that knowing that he is not well. I’m not sure if there’s a point on risking his health just to survive on the playoffs while there’s a lot of teams that are much stronger than Knicks along the way. Relying only with Maxey will not gonna be sustainable in the long run.

Both Bucks and Phila suffers a lot when their star player center can’t perform 100%/injured during the playoffs. I hope Embiid should just rest and don’t force himself since it’s noticeable that he is not well.

Knicks fan here amd agree embiid shoukd just lay it down.  Last night's game was completely brutal.  Knocks lost that themselves, foul on 3 poiter, missed foul shots, didn't foul maxey up 3, etc etc.  But with embiid when he isn't 100% he uses cheap tactics to level the playing field.  He is gonna get another Knicks player hurt because he can't cover like he could in the regular season.  Hopefully the Knicks can close ot out in Philly, I'd hate to see a 1 amd done game against them.

Yeah, it will be a different story if Coach Darvin Ham have reserved even 1 timeout for the last remaining minutes of the 4th quarter but he didn't. He misused the timeouts, he didn't used it when it's mostly needed and used it when it's not needed at all. Well, that's how he coaches and we'll see that it the end, the Lakers management will have to decide if they're going to reform the team and do some shuffle for their roster or they'd remain intact with the current roster that they have. Because they actually need some help from a big man.

It seems like everyone (at least us old heads) is suddenly talking about LeBron, KD, and Steph teaming up.  This is the first time in 20 years we haven't seen one of those names in round 2 of the playoffs and folks like myself aren't ready to give up LeBron for Anthony Edwards just yet.  We want to see one big splash before those 3 big names drop off into irrelevancy.  So while it is just a pipe dream and Durant is already rumored to be considering a reunion in Oklahoma City, I would love nothing more than LeBron and KD signing with the Warriors this summer.  One last shot for them all.
Lebron said that he likes to spend the rest of his time with his family and friends and don't have anything to say yet. But I guess him and Steph would be a great tandem as they're going to play for the Olympics. Who knows if both of them have that little talk there and will agree on what if with their very last years they're going to team up and become the most desired team to watch in the NBA. It's not sure that they're going to get the ring but sure, it is going to be a desired team by most NBA fans.

I mean they can try their very best, but I assume that the series is already over. It is a very great thing for Bucks that they managed to win 2 games in playoffs without both Giannis and Dame, shows how strong they are that they would win even without them, but unless Giannis or Dame comes back right now for game 6, then they are not going to win.

We are talking about actually having some trouble with the team, because they are barely playing. Indiana sucks, that is why Bucks managed to get some wins, but even if Giannis returns, not like he would be a star right away, he will not be 100% healthy, it will take time, and that means they have nothing to expect this season at all, they are going to suck without a doubt for sure.

Individually, Jokic is unstoppable and he's on his prime. With his height and vision to the paint makes him a great play maker but it's true that without Jamal, he won't make it. I hope that if ever they win the championship this time, it's going to be Jamal that will win the MVP award. And that last two shots that he made to win the tie game on a playoffs, that's something else and it's on the books and records now.

Those buzzer-beaters that Murray made in the first round are impressive, but if the Nuggets reach the finals, I think Jokic will have an advantage over Murray in terms of getting the Finals MVP award. After all, this award is given to the player who contributed the most to the team's victories throughout the series, not in a single game. In this regard, Jokic looks like a more stable player compared to Murray.
Well, you're right and no doubt that every contribution that has been made is with Jokic and those plays that Murray does because there's a center that's seeing him wherever he goes and gives that support to him. I just want him to win the MVP this time since Jokic has already got his twice. But the league will decide on who's got the more contribution and there will be no doubt that Jokic is the candidate for it.

Meanwhile Milwaukee Bucks wake up finally and win against Pacers so they are still alive lets see how much they can do, because they have the knife in their neck. And Cavalliers taking the advantge so lets see if they can beat Magic on 6 games.
They didn't woke up, they don't even have their superstars with that match and they're able to win. Doc has got the idea now that even without their two superstars, the team will do better and they all have to make their own plays without relying mostly to them. They've got a lot of good supporting players that can be used and maximized their potential as long as they're giving a lot of playing time.

If one of the stars, either Dame or Giannis, is available for the following games, then the Bucks can comeback and take the series, but as of now, it will be harder for them since the next game is a home game for the Pacers. We all know that the Pacers are stronger at home, so we can see them finishing the series next game.

If that happens, it will be tough for the Bucks as they get knocked out of the first round in back-to-back seasons. We can't really blame them if that happens since they got coaching changes in the middle of the season and their stars are out in the first round. Bucks just need to be sure that Giannis won't be frustrated by this one.

Yup still not in his 100% but luckily he got Maxey to save his butt and add another game for this series, not sure where Maxey find his confidence but he really needs to bring that to encourage his teammates not just to lean their main offense only with Embiid but they need to help and they need to bring everything that they've got to keep their rally alive and possible to force this to game 7.

It's another opportunities for gamblers to bet for either NYK or Philly extended game or games just in case Philly wins at home.

I think they never got an issue with these since both of guys are really doing well. Lets not forget that its not all about them since they have perfect roster that works together on both ends. Lets also not forget that Porter contributes a lot in terms on points since he shoot so well and give a lot of numbers to give Nuggets a championship. Also with Gordon which also gives a lot of contribution since the guy can score if needed and can defend well. Plus also the other players which perform there roles so well. So its a total team effort for Nuggets that's why they became a champion and Jokic got a lot more better contribution that's why he got that MVP which he truly deserve that recognition.

Nuggets became more better when Murray is back on the rotation before and that's how they compliment together as a team also make Nuggets dangerous since they have a lot of guy that they can trust on offense and defense.

They developed the chemistry and it take them years to do that, with the same coach of course. So although Jokic was the only one recognized as one of the best players in the NBA, they can't forget about Murray because this guy is underrated and he can explode in the playoffs. Nuggets is really hard to beat because they are sharing the ball very well, they have great outside shooters and good interior defense as well.

Gordon is not an explosive scorer but his defense is very impressive, he can defend anyone, can even give Lebron a problem which is a legend, how much more a player with skills below Lebron.

Yeah, they already have the blue print to become a champion, I remember Murray saying that he thought that he will be traded after he got injured. But he says that coach Malone assured him that he won't be.

And last year everything fall into pieces as they become a NBA champion for the first time. And even if Jokic didn't win the MVP as it is awarded to Joel Embid of the Sixers, still it is sweeter to win a title instead of those individual awards as he had that before. When they acquired Gordon, he become their number defensive specialist, no more the dunk, although he can still do it till this day, but he has evolved to be a great defensive player.

That's what they needed as when Gordon joined them they became a stronger team. Actually, the first year of Gordon wasn't impressive, his numbers goes down but as they continue to build great chemistry, the next season they won a championship and Gordon was a huge help for that success. It's not about Murray and Jokic only, everyone are ready to play and they are confident now because they are the defending champion.

Wolves is not an easy opponent but experience wise, the Nuggets will beat them on that area.
