Do you really want Pogba back again?
He is injury prone and he is not playing a game in 2 years.
I mean...

For sure he will need months to get training hoping he will not injury more times.

I think he is finished

Real is famous for getting rid of players and coaches "in advance" before the need to leave becomes obvious. Look at how Ronaldo left, and he had maximum loyalty to the club and, as we now know, he had many years of productive play ahead of him. Ancelotti is good, but Real is looking for a promising young coach, so I think this season is Ancelotti's last at Real. Judging by the leaks, Xabi's transfer is a foregone conclusion (most likely, there are already direct agreements on the terms/conditions).
Real Madrid are a big club, I think it’s good practice that they have mastered the art of letting players and coaches go at the “right time”. It’s better to let of players and coaches before things become bad, there is already feud internally in the Madrid squad. I don’t know for sure if Carlo Ancelotti is part of the feud but his comments about Mbappe are not encouraging. It’s better that Real Madrid replace him with Xabi now before the matter gets out of hand.

Hmmm... But today I read that Perez himself is unhappy with Mbappe and that he said that "this is not that Mbappe we bought." And if earlier I did not pay attention to criticism of Mbappe because I thought that he was doing his job, now it is stupid to deny that Mbappe has not yet become a leader and someone who makes a difference. Maybe he needs more time to adapt, or maybe he is no longer capable of this, who knows.

I have no idea in this particular case whether ten Hag made the decision as there is also a sporting director who is usually responsible for putting together the team. Under normal circumstances the coach has a word to say there too,
Yes, the coach has a lot to say in the kind of players they are bringing into the club, and if anyone is saying that Eric ten hang isn't given such privilege, that's is actually not true, because I know for a fact that Eric ten hang was the most supported manager at Manchester united since the days of sir Alex Ferguson, if Jose Mourinho, luis van gaal or ole gunnar solskjaer was supported in the transfer market the way Eric ten hang was supported, I believe that one of these three managers might have won the league, but with Eric ten hang, upon all the support he got from the hierarchy of Manchester united, in the transfer market and on disciplining of players, he still wasn't able to bring Manchester united to the top.

Quote
but as you could see when Tuchel was the coach for PSG, he didn't have a say when it came to putting together the team.
Then as for this statement here, this is actually not true, though their where some players that was signed that wasn't his decision, but he still got what he wanted in the type of quality of players he wanted in the team, he  wasn't appreciated at psg, but when he was sacked, they later regretted it because psg hasn't been the same since he left, I believe that it was the strongest squad psg has ever had uptil date.

Lol dude do you even read what you are posting? Maybe you should share your secret contracts you have with those clubs that feed you with special information. Tuchel publicly said that Leonardo worked against him and signed players he never wanted. Do you need anymore information than that? Pep Guardiola and Klopp are coaches who always got what they wanted, but second tier coaches like ten Hag have much less to say than you think. That is how it is. Of course they can express their opinion, but in many clubs there is a sporting director deciding what the team should look like unless we are talking about the top tier coaches like Guardiola, Klopp, Ancelotti, Mourinho, a few more.

Pogba in his prime was easly the best midfielder in the world.

The way some of these top player's career ends up becoming a sad story is quite disappointing. Pogba at Manchester united?, You just don't want to play against that team on a weekend. His level of creativity as an attacking midfielder is something else. Unfortunately for him, he is an Injury prone player, which didn't contribute to his career in a positive way. I believe if Pogba was injury free, he would have still being in a top form till these moments.

Now that he is now a free agent and his ban almost over, I believe there is still a slim chance for him to get his career back on track before hanging the boots. I watched a documentary of him, where he said how things has been difficult for him since the ban. He also talked about how people kept avoiding him, because certainly, no one would want to associate with such a person. Now that he knows what's at stake, I believe there should be some level of hunger to succeed. If the new United manager wants him, then he should go there. If not, there are other teams outside Europe that might be interested. He just need to put himself on track.

Let's go back to home, Paul Pogba.

Manchester United currently lack of midfielders, Pogba can play at any role. Pogba still has skill, he show it when he met with Speed 10 days ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNOmR0Fq3RM

I do not fancy the idea of reuniting with your former player or even your club but then, Paul Pogba is rumoured to be training at Carrington after termination of his contract on mutual terms with old ladies recently. I will agree that they lack quality in midfield but the new manager is asking for players with intensity,  I don't see him joining Manchester United. I also do not see Manchester United wanting him. As much as I want and love Paul Pogba,  I don't think it's some.good idea to return.

POGBA OUT.

It is now offical Juventus deleted the contract with Paul Pogba who will be a free agent (still under ban) at the end of this month.
From the 1st December he will be not under Juventus anymore.

Hmmm, that's going to be fascinating !
Paul Pogba to Manchester united will bring some new to the field of the red devil because Manchester united have brought up their new coach Ruben Amorim. Currently he is one of the most buzzed buddies in the world of football. He has an amazing skill level in tactical instructions. Recently he defeated the world best coach Pep. I watched the match where they just pocketed Manchester city with his brilliant tactics and goals. I hoped he could bring back club glory days in the future.

Any way, let's jump on the topic. Juventus have terminated the Paul Pogba contract and now he is a free agent signing. So I'm pretty sure Paul Pogba will be good for Manchester United because their new coach is already seeking for new midfielder despite Paul Pogba being available as a free agent. And he has ex experience with the Manchester United team. So I hope he can get the chance to play again his career with impatic style.

It seems that the decision will still be determined by Ruben Amorim. If the Portuguese coach wants it, it will obviously be Pogba's fortune because he still has the ambition to play with the French national team. If he leaves Europe then his ambitions will be further away, as reportedly teams in the Saudi Pro League and MLS are interested in signing him.

Pogba returned to Man United was actually just to find a place where he could train until he gets a new deal, but there are also allegations that he did it so that he would get attention from Man United.

Xabi last season achieved his record of being unbeaten throughout the season, the current season is starting to decline because his team has had several bad results so this will be an evaluation of Real Madrid whether it is enough to replace Ancelotti?

On the other hand Ancelotti is still reliable, maybe 2 defeats at the Bernabeu is a bad image because he did not win in front of his own fans, but I think he will be retained if his results improve.

The news about Pep Guardiola seems that he will be extended for another season because he has reached an agreement, meaning that this summer he will not leave.

I don’t think Real Madrid should offer Carlo Ancelotti a new contract, though he has been one of the successful managers in the club, I think it's time for him to step aside and give room for a younger coach like Xabi Alonso who can lead Madrid into another great era. It is speculated that Xabi Alonso will leave Bayern Leverkusen to coach Real Madrid will likely happen. Their competition is Manchester City who are looking for a replacement for Pep Guardiola, but they don’t seem serious as they are still trying to get Pep Guardiola to extend his contract.

I think Xabi will be good enough for Madrid. But we have to see how Madrid performs in the Champions League, if it is beyond expectations there will be no more contract for Ancelotti. I think his dismissal is not a good thing for Madrid to Ancelotti who I think has done enough for Madrid. But Madrid's situation is not good for him at the moment. We'll just have to see how the news develops. Regarding Pep, I think he will still be at Man City. I'm not so sure he will leave Man City even until the end of the season.

Xabi Alonso will be a better replacement for Ancelotti once he leaves Real Madrid, and some believe the club is greater than him and he cannot deal with the players. Everyone is aware of Xabi Alonso's performance in the Bundesliga league last season, which helped Leverkusen win the trophy and challenge all other clubs in the competition. I continue to believe that Ancelotti is a good coach, and they will want him to stay even after the season is over because he has helped the club win many European titles. If they don't fire him, I believe he'll continue as Madrid manager. Because Ancelotti is no longer Madrid's problem, Madrid's performance has decreased due to injuries in all competitions and they need to buy players to build the club more again so that they can be more stronger then before, and I think they can try to taste some of there academy players as how Barcelona are doing they can get luck and have good left back, then spending huge amount of buying players.

Marca: Real Madrid and Alphonso Davies have an agreement without signature for the moment

Marca has reported Real Madrid has reached an unofficial agreement with Davies. This is gonna be a huge transfer if this is true, but nothing has been confirmed from Davies's side yet.

Davies's transfer sounds good, but we urgently needs a new RB. We have to sign TAA as a new LB, or we keep play with old RB otherwise. Also, we need a new proper CB, we have too many injury prone CB, and we need a new name like Saliba.

All in all, we don't urgently need Davies after all, but i can't deny it's a good transfer. Yet, this still remains a rumor until the player puts his signature on

Alonso have great potential as a coach especially his achievements with Leverkusen are extraordinary, this season indeed he entered the end of his contract with Leverkusen and it means that he have the opportunity to go to other better clubs such as Madrid and also Manchester City, his experience as a former Madrid player can certainly help him understand the dynamics of the club and manage the team well as Zidane has done before,  But on the other hand, of course, it is difficult to refuse an offer to coach in the Premier League, especially if Manchester City recruits him, so I think there will be fierce competition from the two teams to make an offer and get Alonso, Guardiola who this season is his last season coaching at Manchester so far has not shown a contract extension and makes Manchester City have to look for an alternative to find a replacement for Guardiola.
I think Real Madrid might do everything in their power to get him but I know one thing, if it comes to the issue of salary amount Manchester City may give higher while Perez will just stick with a price he dim worthy of, which though will still be considerably fair, but we can say we will be having a serious transfer battle for him.
Actually this will still be a difficult tasks for him and I won't have an high expectation from him in his first season on either club.

Because he just became a free agent next month, it is still not seen which club wants Pogba, so far the club from the SPL is also still no rumor so it is likely that Pogba's agent will look for a club for his client later, but we don't know whether he will play in Europe or go to the SPL.

After all, Pogba can play in March, so it's still a long time to see Pogba play at a club.
Pogba is a player that will be bided for, he is a player with experience that any big team will be happy to sign because he can guide the young midfielders to do the right at the right time; his experience matters a lot and will help him to get big team as quick as possible.

I will expect Madrid to go for Pogba because they need player like him to replace Toni Kroos that left at the end of last season, if they have Pogba, he will guide the young midfielders they have and his combination with Modric will be very useful especially if they needed goal in some tough matches.
And I will also be expecting a bid from some Premier League teams because he is an experienced player. But if none of these big teams bid for him, I will expect Pogba to leave for Saudi Pro League to continue his football career.

AS Roma management seems to want an experienced coach, besides they are also trying to get a coach with a price that suits their financial condition. Claudio Ranieri himself has actually announced his retirement from coaching, perhaps because of the offer submitted and the relatively short duration of his contract, making him choose to return to coaching. Claudio Ranieri has already handled AS Roma, perhaps that is also another reason the management recruited him back. AS Roma fans certainly cannot expect much from Claudio Ranieri, but it seems that the former Leicester City manager is still able to do his job well.

I agree with what you said, we can see that if Roma only ties him up for a relatively short period. I also tried to refer to transfermarkt, Ranieri is only contracted until 30 June 2025. Honestly I don't doubt his experience in the world of football, he is one of the seasoned coaches who has been around the world of football. and as we all know, he still exists today. talking about his story, this coach has also handled AS Roma on several occasions, although as far as I remember Ranieri has never presented a trophy for Roma. maybe his approach with experience can help Roma to be much better, although I doubt it. but who knows, AS Roma can compete again at least for Serie A. after all, the League still provides a lot of time and matches for Roma and Ranieri. at least, before he retires maybe, he wants to give his best for AS Roma which he has coached before. I used to really like Roma, hopefully Ranieri can give his best.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Old players want to demand big salaries, so this will be difficult to achieve by players who should be self-aware, such as Pogba, for example, wanting high salaries, which statistically decreases performance in addition to frequent injuries.
Other European clubs will not have old players like this club will look for easy talent that can be honed and this will result in a large investment in the future.
If you want money you have to go to Saudi Pro.
Of course, SPL is now a league that uses high funds to embrass their targeted players in order  will be tempted and might not have any option than to move over to the league. They are also found of recruiting old good players that have made name and reigned in Europe, so I think that we be a better place for Pogba if he is after high pay. But I see Pogba as someone that might love to continue playing in his club Juventus and in his country, to show his faithfulness to them and how remorse he felt about the ban. He might want to remain in Juventus to pay for his mess.

It would be better if Pogba lowered his ego a little about salary, because the most important thing now is that he has to make sure which club will intend to bring him in. Actually, this era is no longer his era, modern football carries players who are willing to work hard for the club and set aside their salary, because when playing according to the club wishes the salary can be adjusted. Now Pogba is in an era of young players who are competing to set records for that if he demands a big salary we already know that Saudi Arabian Football can make it happen.

Xabi Alonso will also leave Bundesliga at the end of the season and guess what? Real Madrid will be probably his next destination.
This won't be a really easy one especially from the fact that Manchester City are eyeing Xabi Alonso as Pep Guardiola replacement. I think if Ancelotti can bounce back and wants to continue, then Real Madrid may just let him move there to be honest and continue to watch him till Ancelotti finally leaves and then possibly go for him. Or maybe in a more likely term, if Pep Guardiola chooses to remain Manchester City manager then they let go of Xabi Alonso for the main time.

Alexander Arnold rejected liverpool offer for a deal, he wants to leave and Real Madrid wants him
Noboby can't deny Real Madrid.

Xabi Alonso will also leave Bundesliga at the end of the season and guess what? Real Madrid will be probably his next destination.
It is not news that Real Madrid are seriously considering the signings of both Trent Alexander Arnold and Alphonso Davies. Being a big club, Madrid easily attracts the best of players and any players they go for will surely want to play for them.
