We discovered phantom 0 value POW blocks still being randomly generated & have updated the source to correct the issue.
Once everyone has updated, the chain will move much smoother.

It's because not everyone has updated yet, once everyone does in 1-2 more days the chain will move really well
You didn't have to resync with this update though, just run.
in such cases it would be better if chain placed on the side
