Is Macaw still up and running?  I hope that you found a way to stay up and running after software updates etc.  However if the site IS running,  we still have matters to discuss.

Too late to give a feedback and encouraging words since this casino is already closing/already close due to poor software development on the game that result to bug on the game. About KYC suggestion, This casino supposed to be offering decentralized games which means they didn’t planned to add KYC on there website.

I just visited this site, as previously, I didn't have any experience with it. Your theme and layout are beautiful. Seriously it is different from the other sites. However, I would suggest you make KYC policy mandatory, Because it's for the safety of the members as well as the sit3e as well. However, Good luck with your site.

You're not provide any evidence on your accusations, if you're confused how to upload your images in this forum, the simple thing is just upload your image on imgur or imgbb and then copy the direct link to your images (if you're at least a junior member or bought copper membership, you can use BBCode link).

I did not read your story but I'm not surprised if this site turned to be scam because many people predicted it already including me. We should aware to any casino using the same script/software as this one, we are warned many times already about this, we have seen many sites (with the same script) became scam eventually. Is it possible for them to create/develop games from scratch and then add it in their website? Never seen any site that use the same gambling script as this one that add their own developed game from scratch.

Regarding third party games. We do have some suppliers, and we will look to add more games in the future. However the problem with 3rd party games is that they are not provably fair.

The overwhelming response from the community on launch was that provably fair games should be a top priority (see earlier posts from khaled0111, cryptomaniac_xxx, dothebeats, Bitinity,Loyce and others). This makes sense as there needs to be some way of ensuring trust between the user and casino. The traditional way for this was via a third party regulator, but as we are not going in that direction provably fair technology is the only way for us to ensure creditability.

Provably fair games have to be developed in house, hence why casinos only have a handful (stake has 14, owl.games has 3, duckdice has 2) or they don't have any at all. It does cost a lot of in-house resources and time to do it, but it is worth it in the long run, and for us it is vital so we can ensure the trust.

Once we have our first flagship provably fair game established, we will look to expand the choice of 3rd party games, and develop more provably fair games in house.

A gambling license shows the legitimacy of their business. They will violate the law and could subject to pay some fines if they are found to be illegally operating. As a user, you don't want to play on un-licensed websites because your security will also be at risk. Gambling websites need to implement KYC because it is required to comply with the AMLC. The AMLC makes sure that their platform is not being used in criminal activities.
