I will not comment if he was involved in suspicious activity or not as i do not have details about it but if he has only one post in this forum, that should not be a concern for you as not all gamblers are active on this forum. They may make an account and post once or twice to address an issue or to ask any query. Therefore when resolving queries do not consider if the forum account is active or not on bitcointalk.

Also, i think this is the first time I have heard a casino declaring they are not 'provably fair'. Yes this is correct. Our support is only discord at this moment.

Your platform is still a mess even though you already have working games on the site. Your customer support should not be through discord only. It doesn't help you gain approval from the community, it makes you platform look unprofessional.

This can mean anything. One post in the forum doesn't necessarily mean that the account is already malicious. There are still some people out there that only reads things on this forum and doesn't join the discussions until they have to. This could be the case for the user, but then again if you found out that they have been doing something malicious, it's a good thing that you respond fast to their queries.

As a general matter, I don't think discord is a good medium to communicate with your clients. Despite the fact that discord is a powerful tool for community management, many people do not use it at all. A ticketing system and, if possible, live chat support for your casino website should be your top priority. Even if you are unable to develop your own customer support system, there are many online tools and software (many of which are free) that can help you with that. For example, Zendesk is one of the most popular customer service software applications available. You should really give this a serious look.

For support, it is not good because not all users have Discord account and not all of them install their Discord on phones or computers. Our games are not currently provably fair. We had a meeting with our devs on the weekend to see how long it would take to integrate this but I don't foresee it being released this year unfortunately.
