Just visited your Discord channel and it seems like you haven't gained enough traction on that side of the board. You probably need to amp up your advertisements here in the forum and your engagements as well. Signature campaign is a no-brainer if it's within your budget, probably run it for about 3 or 4 weeks and see the analytics. Anyways, I'm still waiting for the 2000 satoshi credit and see if your games can suit to my liking. Website design is pretty simple, but also not an eyesore. Overall, I think you just need to have your brand out there to get the ball running for the site.

For me the site looks simple and minimalist. Also great to see that there is no KYC required.
Moreover as we are not forced to create accounts, so what will happen if i close the browser? Also how can I access to my account from my mobile?

Yes, I totally agree with this, the design is so simple, might be their approach is minimalistic, but still. Other crypto online casino are usually eye catching.

Regarding the provably fair, this is something that can definitely be added if the community wants it
I would say that it is a must for every crypto and non crypto base online casinos to show us their provably fair, the client seed and server seed and then we have ways to verify it. So if you have time, this is the one that needs to be prioritized an added ASAP in my opinion.
And as someone suggested, if you have a budget for marketing in this community, a signature campaign will help get the word from gamblers here about your new platform.

Offered games arent that bad either but the highlight on this one is about lightning payment which we know that it isnt really common.

To be honest, I think they need to work more on the website design to make it better. The main page, for example, is overloaded with information which can be distracting for some users. The buttonson the menu look like text links more than buttons..
Still, I like that they are one of the few casinos which support lightning payments which is not only beneficial for players but for the Bitcoin network as a whole.

However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, the website displayed a qr code and a lightning address or invoice! Anyway, I clicked on copy and the website said: "copied". So, I closed the page but when I tried to paste it I found out that my clipboard was empty!
Not sure if I did something wrong or there is a problem with the payment system. I think you need to add a quick tutorial on how to make depisits/withdrawals.

A tutorial will be a good idea I think. You will need a lightning enabled wallet to make withdrawals. WalletOfSatoshi and phoenix wallet are our recommendations.
I have passed on the issue with the copy button to the the devs, who will look into it. Sent some credits to say thanks for finding the bug (we were expecting one or 2 on launch day)

I like that Macaw casino doesn't have any kyc restrictions but I would like to see more games being offered for gambling.
The use of the Bitcoin lightning network for deposits and withdrawal will make their network can't and less congestion, but then not many players will want to use the lightning network since they are forced to luck up some amount of Bitcoin before they can enjoy these features on the network.
