In progress peeps, some shit just blew up at an Arriana Grande concert in the UK, people were injured and killed. Not sure if if was organic, or a terrorist act, but the media is playing it real cool with the details ATM:

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/05/22/europe/manchester-arena-incident/index.html

There are fatalities following an incident at Manchester Arena in England on Monday, according to local police.

In a Facebook post, Greater Manchester Police released the following statement: "Emergency services are currently responding to reports of an explosion at Manchester Arena. There are a number of confirmed fatalities and others injured. Please AVOID the area as first responders work tirelessly at the scene. Details of a casualty bureau will follow as soon as available."

The warning to stay away from Manchester Arena came after reports of two loud explosions during an Ariana Grande concert Monday night.

Greater Manchester Police tweeted that emergency services were "responding to serious incident at Manchester Arena. Avoid the area. More details will follow as soon as available."
British Transport Police told CNN it was in the process of closing some transport in the area.

Video from near the scene showed a caravan of ambulances heading to the arena.

This terrorist attacks were again possibly done by the famous terrorist group in the world the ISIS. The story also shows how the governments protocol on such cases has improved. But there is still a flaw and that is having a strict security so that there will be a zero terrorist attack in the area. Even though how strict the security in many places the terrorist has still find some ways to spread terror and death.

confirmed as a terrorism incident
Ok then.
Just wondering what kind of tune The Donald will be singing tomorrow with his "Lets all hold hands and get along" speech he made with Netin Yahoo yesterday. Embarrassed
You see him dancing with the Sheiks yesterday in the middle east? Lips sealed

What did you expected him to do? Nuke Riyadh? Trump is doing the right thing by selling low quality weapons to the Saudi sheikhs at 10 times the normal price. Let these idiots waste their petrodollars. Once they don't have any money in their wallets, it will be easier to deal with them.

I'm still a bit sad about this, but I am curious to see how Trump spins this. He literally, less than 24 hours ago, painted a pretty and inclusive picture of Islam, a far cry from his campaign rhetoric and policy up to this point. The WH even claimed he was 'exhausted' when he forgot to mention 'radical Islamic terrorism'. That's bullshit, he wasn't about to piss off his hosts, that's being a bad guest. And besides, they have that orb that absorbed a piece of Trumps soul during that ceremony. If they unleash that shit, God help us Wink

Given that he is the topic of the year, the media will embed itself into his ass, as it has been doing since the election. I personally don't side with the anti Islam shit, these are clearly crazy motherfuckers that give one whit about God. But dammit, this will fuel the anti immigration rhetoric for weeks. This was a giant 'L' for everyone.

Breitbart and Fox are going to be all over this.

Did not hear about this yet.
I think news does not travel quickly enough even in the event of a terrorist attack such as this one.
Even in our modern age of facebook and twitter to give out such alerts have not heard of this incident yet.
And I have to come to a bitcoin forum to hear about this which news not related to bitcoin?
Fail on the natiopnal security front I must say.
A failure to our national security... indeed. Embarrassed

More religious fanatics at work?

Yezzir, seems like it. No one has claimed responsibility but it's being treated as a terror attack, at least by authorities.

Greater Manchester Police say at least 19 people are confirmed dead in what is being treated as a "terrorist incident until police know otherwise" at Manchester Arena.

Bunch of kids here, this is all bad, man. Can't see something inadvertently blowing up twice, Ill go ahead and call it. This is gonna dominate BBC and related news cycles forever, terror + kids = international outrage. We shot off 50 bil worth of ordinance at an empty airbase because of pictures of terrorized kids in Syria. If a radical terrorist group claims this, this could turn into a really bad incident of civil unrest. The public will want its pound of flesh.

This is like the Shark Week of terrorism/tragedy. NYC, the additional campus stabbing, the double homicide thing where the white supremacist guy converted Islam and killed his two Neo Nazi roommates* because they wouldn't convert. I'm not making this shit up; you can't come up with something like that without writers.

And now this. It's starting to feel surreal again folks, these are indeed strange days.
