If mark zuckerberg make a crypto currency using for hes facebook social media then that was very good option more people are using bitcoin a lot of business also using bitcoin if facebook using crypto currency then surely a lot of business will accepting facebook coins as a payment in every transaction they have.

Who cares if Facebook gets into crypto. They will just see it as an opportunity to track people more. Of course then they will realize that the blockchain is public and they will have a hard time selling public info. So they will look into blockchain, realize it actually messes up their centralized privacy-destroying business model and maybe come out with some stupid idea that will net them tons of investment dollars and actually be worthless. I have about 0% hope that facebook is even capable of doing anything positive for society at this point.

Lol. Who would not? I am sure having looked around and see how the crypto space has been doing over the years; he would not want to come late into the show when some who do not have a working product before the ICO stage could be doing something for themselves now, how much more for Facebook with a working platform. I hope if it comes to ICO, it would not be a private sale, as I would want to have a piece of that Facebook cake as well.Even Mr. Zuckerberg wants a piece of the Crypto-Cake
To be honest, I think he'll just create some coin where he knows he can 100% make a profit off, something like the FB of cryptos.

In my opinion, if facebook really want to make its own cryptocurrency, it mean that facebook does not allow crypto advertisng is not because they worry about scam but they worry about their competitors.

Still I don't believe any mainstream corporation like FB to adopt any of the existing coins.
If FB adopt some kind of crypto, this will be their own coin, make for pure profit.
Sure, they wll make their own coin. After Telegram coins were announced, they simply have to respond to this challenge.

That is by the way though, the fact that the big players are beginning to look into the integration of cryptocurrency makes it a good one and the fact the cryptocurrencies are here to stay, at least some of them. I am happy for news like this, as this should give some green light to the market.
