Yes its a downhill and now we can see a little bit of correction. But people are still hesitating to invest. Even I am still not sure to what to do. I hope soon we will see a better correction and it should go upward. Happy investing.
In my view, the market has gradually returned and We are all here to waiting for a good signal for the crypto market. the thing we need to do right now is staying patient and remain optimistic.
I'm hoping to see the market recover in October-November. If not, then we will need to wait till Spring 2019. But I fill that we are close to the new push to the moon.
I think that second part of your statement is better, for me crypto will recover and that will come for sure but we will need to wait for the next year for those changes with the prices. 
Yes the crypto currency market returned green now because of past 3 weeks the market has been red, so I think we will get good news about Bitcoin price very soon.

However, it is still some of the alts was still in red, but Ethereum comparing last week it was 0.032BTC and now increased again at 0.036BTC little by little recovering its value so far. I am hoping this will continue more in good progress.
Stay patient and remain optimistic there are times when the crypto currency will recover using this momentum to buy eth or coin what you think will increase in the near future or choose for long-term investment. Don't just complain because assets are running low but keep learning and digging up information information that makes us understand more about the world of cryptocurrency so that if we trade we can predict which one we have to buy and which one to sell do not waste our time just waiting.
We are all here mostly waiting for a good signal for the crypto market which I feel is strongly influenced by the conditions of the big countries in the world.

The market is recovering fairly well but I believe that investors should have their own strategies to be able to develop this time because anything can happen. Everything is getting better but have a backup plan so that you can always be active in every situation.

Nope, the cryptocurrency market seems to be difficult to recover in a short period of time. Lets face it , no more dump is better.
